ನೀವು ಈ ಸಭೆಯ ಮಧ್ಯದಿಂದ ಎದ್ದು ಬನ್ನಿರಿ. ನಾನು ಅವರನ್ನು ಕ್ಷಣಮಾತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ದಹಿಸಿಬಿಡುತ್ತೇನೆ ಅಂದನು. ಆಗ ಅವರು ಬೋರಲು ಬಿದ್ದರು.

ಅವನು ಸಭೆಗೆ--ನೀವು ಈ ದುಷ್ಟ ಮನುಷ್ಯರ ಡೇರೆಗಳ ಬಳಿಯಿಂದ ತೊಲಗಿ ಹೋಗಿರಿ. ನೀವು ಅವರ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪಾಪಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಾಶವಾಗ ದಂತೆ ಅವರಿಗಿರುವ ಯಾವದನ್ನು ಮುಟ್ಟಬೇಡಿರಿ ಅಂದನು.

ಆಗ ಮೋಶೆಯೂ ಆರೋನನೂ ಸಭೆಯ ಎದುರಿ ನಿಂದ ಸಭೆಯ ಗುಡಾರದ ಬಾಗಲಿನೊಳಗೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಬೋರಲು ಬಿದ್ದರು; ಕರ್ತನ ಮಹಿಮೆಯು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಕಾಣಬಂತು.

ಆಗ ದಾವೀದನು ತನ್ನ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳನ್ನೆತ್ತಿ ಭೂಮಿಗೂ ಆಕಾಶಕ್ಕೂ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಂತಿರುವ ಕರ್ತನ ದೂತನನ್ನು ಕಂಡನು; ಅವನ ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯೆರೂಸ ಲೇಮಿನ ಮೇಲೆ ಚಾಚಿದ್ದ ಬಿಚ್ಚುಕತ್ತಿ ಇತ್ತು. ಆಗ ದಾವೀದನೂ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಹಿರಿಯರೂ ಗೋಣೀ ತಟ್ಟುಗಳಿಂದ ಮುಚ್ಚಿಕೊಂಡವರಾಗಿ ಮೋರೆ ಕೆಳಗಾಗಿ ಬಿದ್ದರು.

ಆಮೇಲೆ ಆತನು ಸ್ವಲ್ಪದೂರ ಹೋಗಿ ಅಡ್ಡಬಿದ್ದು ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥಿ ಸುತ್ತಾ--ಓ ನನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯೇ, ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾದರೆ ಈ ಪಾತ್ರೆಯು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಹೋಗಲಿ; ಆದಾಗ್ಯೂ ನನ್ನ ಚಿತ್ತದಂತಲ್ಲ; ನಿನ್ನ ಚಿತ್ತದಂತೆಯೇ ಆಗಲಿ ಅಂದನು.
