ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಯೇಸು ಪ್ರತ್ಯುತ್ತರವಾಗಿ ಅವನಿಗೆ--ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ರೊಟ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ ಮಾತ್ರವೇ ಅಲ್ಲ, ಆದರೆ ದೇವರ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಮಾತಿನಿಂದ ಜೀವಿಸುವನು ಎಂದು ಬರೆದದೆ ಅಂದನು.
