ಲೂಕನು 3
1 ಕೈಸರನಾದ ತಿಬೇರಿಯನ ಆಳಿಕೆಯ ಕಾಲದ ಹದಿನೈದನೇ ವರುಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಪೊಂತ್ಯ ಪಿಲಾತನು ಯೂದಾಯಕ್ಕೆ ಅಧಿಪತಿಯೂ ಹೆರೋದನು ಗಲಿಲಾ ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಚತುರಾಧಿಪತಿಯೂ ಅವನ ಸಹೋದರನಾದ ಫಿಲಿಪ್ಪನು ಇತುರಾಯ ಮತ್ತು ತ್ರಕೋನೀತಿ ಸೀಮೆಗೆ ಚತುರಾಧಿಪತಿಯೂ ಲುಸನ್ಯನು ಅಬಿಲೇನೆಗೆ ಚತುರಾ ಧಿಪತಿಯೂ
2 ಅನ್ನನು ಮತ್ತು ಕಾಯಫನು ಮಹಾ ಯಾಜಕರೂ ಆಗಿದ್ದಾಗ ಅಡವಿಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಜಕರೀಯನ ಮಗನಾದ ಯೋಹಾನನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ದೇವರ ವಾಕ್ಯವು ಬಂತು.
3 ಅವನು ಯೊರ್ದನಿನ ಸುತ್ತಲಿರುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸೀಮೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಬಂದು ಪಾಪಗಳ ಪರಿಹಾರಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಮಾನ ಸಾಂತರದ ಬಾಪ್ತಿಸ್ಮವನ್ನು ಸಾರಿ ಹೇಳುವವನಾದನು.
4 ಪ್ರವಾದಿಯಾದ ಯೆಶಾಯನ ವಾಕ್ಯಗಳ ಪುಸ್ತಕ ದಲ್ಲಿ--ಕರ್ತನ ಮಾರ್ಗವನ್ನು ಸಿದ್ಧ ಮಾಡಿರಿ; ಆತನ ಹಾದಿಗಳನ್ನು ನೆಟ್ಟಗೆ ಮಾಡಿರಿ ಎಂದು ಅಡವಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೂಗುವವನ ಶಬ್ದವದೆ ಎಂದೂ
5 ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ತಗ್ಗು ಮುಚ್ಚಿಸಲ್ಪಡುವದು, ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಬೆಟ್ಟವು ತಗ್ಗಿಸಲ್ಪಡುವದು, ಡೊಂಕಾದವುಗಳು ನೆಟ್ಟಗಾಗುವವು ಮತ್ತು ಕೊರಕಲಾದ ದಾರಿಗಳು ಸಮವಾಗುವವು;
6 ಮಾನವರೆಲ್ಲರು ದೇವರ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಯನ್ನು ಕಾಣುವರು ಎಂದೂ ಬರೆದಿರುವಂತೆ ಹೀಗಾಯಿತು.
7 ಆಗ ತನ್ನಿಂದ ಬಾಪ್ತಿಸ್ಮ ಮಾಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಹೊರಟು ಬಂದ ಜನಸಮೂಹಕ್ಕೆ--ಓ ಸರ್ಪಗಳ ಸಂತತಿಯವರೇ, ಬರುವದಕ್ಕಿರುವ ಕೋಪದಿಂದ ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಎಚ್ಚರಿಸಿದವರಾರು?
8 ಹಾಗಾದರೆ ಮಾನಸಾ ಂತರಕ್ಕೆ ಯೋಗ್ಯವಾದ ಫಲಗಳನ್ನು ಫಲಿಸಿರಿ,--ಅಬ್ರಹಾಮನು ನಮಗೆ ತಂದೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾನೆಂದು ನಿಮ್ಮೊಳಗೆ ಅಂದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಆರಂಭಿಸಬೇ ಡಿರಿ; ಯಾಕಂದರೆ--ದೇವರು ಅಬ್ರಹಾಮನಿಗೆ ಈ ಕಲ್ಲುಗಳಿಂದ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಎಬ್ಬಿಸಶಕ್ತನೆಂದು ನಾನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತೇನೆ.
9 ಈಗಲೇ ಮರಗಳ ಬೇರಿಗೆ ಕೊಡಲಿ ಹಾಕಿಯದೆ; ಆದದರಿಂದ ಒಳ್ಳೇಫಲ ಫಲಿ ಸದ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಮರವು ಕಡಿಯಲ್ಪಟ್ಟು ಬೆಂಕಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಕಲ್ಪಡುವದು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.
10 ಆಗ ಜನರು ಅವನಿಗೆ--ಹಾಗಾದರೆ ನಾವೇನು ಮಾಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದರು.
11 ಅವನು ಪ್ರತ್ಯುತ್ತರವಾಗಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ--ಎರಡು ಅಂಗಿಗಳುಳ್ಳವನು ಏನೂ ಇಲ್ಲದವ ನಿಗೆ ಕೊಡಲಿ; ಆಹಾರವುಳ್ಳವನು ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಮಾಡಲಿ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.
12 ತರುವಾಯ ಸುಂಕದವರು ಸಹ ಬಾಪ್ತಿಸ್ಮ ಮಾಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಬಂದು ಅವನಿಗೆ--ಬೋಧಕನೇ, ನಾವೇನು ಮಾಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದರು.
13 ಅದಕ್ಕವನು ಅವರಿಗೆ-- ನಿಮಗೆ ನೇಮಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟದ್ದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚೇನೂ ತೆಗೆದು ಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಡಿರಿ ಅಂದನು.
14 ಅದರಂತೆಯೇ ಸೈನಿ ಕರು--ನಾವೇನು ಮಾಡತಕ್ಕದ್ದು ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದ್ದಕ್ಕೆ ಅವನು ಅವರಿಗೆ--ಯಾರನ್ನೂ ಹಿಂಸಿಸಬೇಡಿರಿ; ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ಯಾರ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ಸುಳ್ಳಾಗಿ ದೂರು ಹೇಳಬೇಡಿರಿ; ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸಂಬಳದಲ್ಲಿ ತೃಪ್ತರಾಗಿರ್ರಿ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.
15 ಆಗ ಜನರು ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನನ್ನು ಎದುರು ನೋಡುವವರಾಗಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ಯೋಹಾನನು ಆ ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನಾ ಗಿರಬಹುದೋ ಇಲ್ಲವೋ ಎಂದು ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ತಮ್ಮ ಹೃದಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಆಲೋಚಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು.
16 ಆಗ ಯೋಹಾನನು ಪ್ರತ್ಯುತ್ತರವಾಗಿ ಅವರೆಲ್ಲ ರಿಗೆ--ನಾನಂತೂ ನಿಮಗೆ ನೀರಿನ ಬಾಪ್ತಿಸ್ಮ ಮಾಡಿಸು ವದು ನಿಜವೇ; ಆದರೆ ನನಗಿಂತ ಶಕ್ತನೊಬ್ಬನು ಬರು ತ್ತಾನೆ; ಆತನ ಕೆರಗಳ ಬಾರನ್ನು ಬಿಚ್ಚುವದಕ್ಕೂ ನಾನು ಯೋಗ್ಯನಲ್ಲ; ಆತನು ಪವಿತ್ರಾತ್ಮನಿಂದಲೂ ಬೆಂಕಿಯಿಂ ದಲೂ ನಿಮಗೆ ಬಾಪ್ತಿಸ್ಮ ಮಾಡಿಸುವನು
17 ಆತನ ಮೊರವು ಆತನ ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿದೆ. ಆತನು ತನ್ನ ಕಣವನ್ನು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಹಸನುಮಾಡಿ ಗೋದಿಯನ್ನು ತನ್ನ ಕಣಜದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೂಡಿಸುವನು; ಆದರೆ ಹೊಟ್ಟನ್ನು ಆರದ ಬೆಂಕಿಯಿಂದ ಸುಡುವನು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.
18 ಅವನು ಇನ್ನೂ ಅನೇಕ ವಿಷಯಗಳಿಂದ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಸಿ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಸಾರಿದನು.
19 ಆದರೆ ಚತುರಾಧಿಪತಿಯಾದ ಹೆರೋದನು ತನ್ನ ಸಹೋದರನಾದ ಫಿಲಿಪ್ಪನ ಹೆಂಡ ತಿಯಾದ ಹೆರೋದ್ಯಳಿಗಾಗಿಯೂ ಹೆರೋದನು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ದುಷ್ಕೃತ್ಯಗಳಿಗಾಗಿಯೂ ಯೋಹಾ ನನು ಅವನನ್ನು ಗದರಿಸಿದ್ದರಿಂದ
20 ಅವನು ಯೋಹಾ ನನನ್ನು ಸೆರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಕಿ ತಾನು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ದುಷ್ಕೃತ್ಯಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಇದನ್ನು ಕೂಡಿಸಿದನು.
21 ಜನರೆಲ್ಲಾ ಬಾಪ್ತಿಸ್ಮ ಮಾಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡ ಮೇಲೆ ಆದದ್ದೇನಂದರೆ ಯೇಸು ಸಹ ಬಾಪ್ತಿಸ್ಮ ಮಾಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾಗ ಆಕಾಶವು ತೆರೆಯಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿತು.
22 ಆಗ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧಾತ್ಮನು ಪಾರಿವಾಳದ ದೇಹಾಕಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಳಿ ದನು; --ನೀನು ಪ್ರಿಯನಾಗಿರುವ ನನ್ನ ಮಗನು; ನಿನ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ಆನಂದಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ ಎಂಬ ಧ್ವನಿಯು ಪರ ಲೋಕದೊಳಗಿಂದ ಬಂತು.
23 ಯೇಸು ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಕಡಿಮೆ ಮೂವತ್ತು ವರುಷದ ವನಾದನು; ಆತನು ಯೋಸೇಫನ ಮಗನೆಂದು (ಎಣಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟನು); ಯೋಸೇಫನು ಹೇಲೀಯ ಮಗನು;
24 ಇವನು ಮತ್ಥಾತನ ಮಗನು; ಇವನು ಲೇವಿಯ ಮಗನು; ಇವನು ಮೆಲ್ಖಿಯ ಮಗನು; ಇವನು ಯನ್ನಾಯನ ಮಗನು; ಇವನು ಯೋಸೇಫನ ಮಗನು;
25 ಇವನು ಮತ್ತಥೀಯನ ಮಗನು; ಇವನು ಆಮೋಸನ ಮಗನು; ಇವನು ನಹೂಮನ ಮಗನು; ಇವನು ಎಸ್ಲಿಯ ಮಗನು;
26 ಇವನು ನಗ್ಗಾಯನ ಮಗನು; ಇವನು ಮಹಾಥನ ಮಗನು; ಇವನು ಮತ್ತಥೀಯನ ಮಗನು; ಇವನು ಶಿಮೀಯ ಮಗನು; ಇವನು ಯೋಸೇಫನ ಮಗನು; ಇವನು ಯೂದನ ಮಗನು;
27 ಇವನು ಯೋಹಾನನ ಮಗನು; ಇವನು ರೇಸನ ಮಗನು; ಇವನು ಜೆರುಬಾ ಬೆಲನ ಮಗನು; ಇವನು ಸಲಥಿಯೇಲನ ಮಗನು; ಇವನು ನೇರಿಯ ಮಗನು;
28 ಇವನು ಮೆಲ್ಖಿಯ ಮಗನು; ಇವನು ಅದ್ದಿಯ ಮಗನು; ಇವನು ಕೊಸಾಮನ ಮಗನು; ಇವನು ಎಲ್ಮದಾಮನ ಮಗನು; ಇವನು ಏರನ ಮಗನು;
29 ಇವನು ಯೋಸೇಯನ ಮಗನು; ಇವನು ಎಲಿಯೇಜರನ ಮಗನು; ಇವನು ಯೋರೈಮನ ಮಗನು; ಇವನು ಮತ್ಥಾತನ ಮಗನು; ಇವನು ಲೇವಿಯ ಮಗನು;
30 ಇವನು ಸಿಮಿ ಯೋನನ ಮಗನು; ಇವನು ಯೂದನ ಮಗನು; ಇವನು ಯೋಸೇಫನ ಮಗನು; ಇವನು ಯೋನಾಮನ ಮಗನು; ಇವನು ಎಲಿಯಕೀಮನ ಮಗನು;
31 ಇವನು ಮೆಲೆಯಾನ ಮಗನು; ಇವನು ಮೆನ್ನನ ಮಗನು; ಇವನು ಮತ್ತಾಥನ ಮಗನು; ಇವನು ನಾತಾನನ ಮಗನು; ಇವನು ದಾವೀದನ ಮಗನು;
32 ಇವನು ಇಷಯನ ಮಗನು; ಇವನು ಓಬೇದನ ಮಗನು; ಇವನು ಬೋವಜನ ಮಗನು; ಇವನು ಸಲ್ಮೋನನ ಮಗನು; ಇವನು ನಹಸ್ಸೋನನ ಮಗನು;
33 ಇವನು ಅಮ್ಮಿನಾದಾಬನ ಮಗನು; ಇವನು ಅರಾಮನ ಮಗನು; ಇವನು ಎಸ್ರೋಮನ ಮಗನು; ಇವನು ಪೆರೆಸನ ಮಗನು; ಇವನು ಯೂದನ ಮಗನು;
34 ಇವನು ಯಾಕೋಬನ ಮಗನು; ಇವನು ಇಸಾಕನ ಮಗನು; ಇವನು ಅಬ್ರಹಾಮನ ಮಗನು; ಇವನು ತೇರನ ಮಗನು; ಇವನು ನಹೋರನ ಮಗನು;
35 ಇವನು ಸೆರೂಗನ ಮಗನು; ಇವನು ರೆಗೂವನ ಮಗನು; ಇವನು ಪೆಲೆಗನ ಮಗನು; ಇವನು ಹೇಬೆರನ ಮಗನು; ಇವನು ಸಾಲನ ಮಗನು;
36 ಇವನು ಕಯಿನಾನನ ಮಗನು; ಇವನು ಅರ್ಫಕ್ಷಾದನ ಮಗನು; ಇವನು ಶೇಮನ ಮಗನು; ಇವನು ನೋಹನ ಮಗನು; ಇವನು ಲಾಮೆಕನ ಮಗನು;
37 ಇವನು ಮೆತೂಷಲನ ಮಗನು; ಇವನು ಹನೋಕನ ಮಗನು; ಇವನು ಯೆರೆದನ ಮಗನು; ಇವನು ಮಹಲಲೇಲನ ಮಗನು; ಇವನು ಕಾಯಿನನ ಮಗನು;
38 ಇವನು ಎನೋಷನ ಮಗನು; ಇವನು ಸೇಥನ ಮಗನು; ಇವನು ಆದಾಮನ ಮಗನು; ಇವನು ದೇವರ ಮಗನು.
1 Now in the fifteenth year of the reign of Tiberius Caesar, Pontius Pilate being governor of Judaea, and Herod being tetrarch of Galilee, and his brother Philip tetrarch of Ituraea and of the region of Trachonitis, and Lysanias the tetrarch of Abilene,
2 Annas and Caiaphas being the high priests, the word of God came unto John the son of Zacharias in the wilderness.
3 And he came into all the country about Jordan, preaching the baptism of repentance for the remission of sins;
4 As it is written in the book of the words of Esaias the prophet, saying, The voice of one crying in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make his paths straight.
5 Every valley shall be filled, and every mountain and hill shall be brought low; and the crooked shall be made straight, and the rough ways shall be made smooth;
6 And all flesh shall see the salvation of God.
7 Then said he to the multitude that came forth to be baptized of him, O generation of vipers, who hath warned you to flee from the wrath to come?
8 Bring forth therefore fruits worthy of repentance, and begin not to say within yourselves, We have Abraham to our father: for I say unto you, That God is able of these stones to raise up children unto Abraham.
9 And now also the axe is laid unto the root of the trees: every tree therefore which bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.
10 And the people asked him, saying, What shall we do then?
11 He answereth and saith unto them, He that hath two coats, let him impart to him that hath none; and he that hath meat, let him do likewise.
12 Then came also publicans to be baptized, and said unto him, Master, what shall we do?
13 And he said unto them, Exact no more than that which is appointed you.
14 And the soldiers likewise demanded of him, saying, And what shall we do? And he said unto them, Do violence to no man, neither accuse any falsely; and be content with your wages.
15 And as the people were in expectation, and all men mused in their hearts of John, whether he were the Christ, or not;
16 John answered, saying unto them all, I indeed baptize you with water; but one mightier than I cometh, the latchet of whose shoes I am not worthy to unloose: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost and with fire:
17 Whose fan is in his hand, and he will throughly purge his floor, and will gather the wheat into his garner; but the chaff he will burn with fire unquenchable.
18 And many other things in his exhortation preached he unto the people.
19 But Herod the tetrarch, being reproved by him for Herodias his brother Philip’s wife, and for all the evils which Herod had done,
20 Added yet this above all, that he shut up John in prison.
21 Now when all the people were baptized, it came to pass, that Jesus also being baptized, and praying, the heaven was opened,
22 And the Holy Ghost descended in a bodily shape like a dove upon him, and a voice came from heaven, which said, Thou art my beloved Son; in thee I am well pleased.
23 And Jesus himself began to be about thirty years of age, being (as was supposed) the son of Joseph, which was the son of Heli,
24 Which was the son of Matthat, which was the son of Levi, which was the son of Melchi, which was the son of Janna, which was the son of Joseph,
25 Which was the son of Mattathias, which was the son of Amos, which was the son of Naum, which was the son of Esli, which was the son of Nagge,
26 Which was the son of Maath, which was the son of Mattathias, which was the son of Semei, which was the son of Joseph, which was the son of Juda,

1 और उस ने तुम्हें भी जिलाया, जो अपने अपराधों और पापों के कारण मरे हुए थे।
And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins;
2 जिन में तुम पहिले इस संसार की रीति पर, और आकाश के अधिकार के हाकिम अर्थात उस आत्मा के अनुसार चलते थे, जो अब भी आज्ञा न मानने वालों में कार्य करता है।
Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:
3 इन में हम भी सब के सब पहिले अपने शरीर की लालसाओं में दिन बिताते थे, और शरीर, और मन की मनसाएं पूरी करते थे, और और लोगों के समान स्वभाव ही से क्रोध की सन्तान थे।
Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.
4 परन्तु परमेश्वर ने जो दया का धनी है; अपने उस बड़े प्रेम के कारण, जिस से उस ने हम से प्रेम किया।
But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us,
5 जब हम अपराधों के कारण मरे हुए थे, तो हमें मसीह के साथ जिलाया; (अनुग्रह ही से तुम्हारा उद्धार हुआ है।)
Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;)
6 और मसीह यीशु में उसके साथ उठाया, और स्वर्गीय स्थानों में उसके साथ बैठाया।
And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:
7 कि वह अपनी उस कृपा से जो मसीह यीशु में हम पर है, आने वाले समयों में अपने अनुग्रह का असीम धन दिखाए।
That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.
8 क्योंकि विश्वास के द्वारा अनुग्रह ही से तुम्हारा उद्धार हुआ है, और यह तुम्हारी ओर से नहीं, वरन परमेश्वर का दान है।
For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
9 और न कर्मों के कारण, ऐसा न हो कि कोई घमण्ड करे।
Not of works, lest any man should boast.
10 क्योंकि हम उसके बनाए हुए हैं; और मसीह यीशु में उन भले कामों के लिये सृजे गए जिन्हें परमेश्वर ने पहिले से हमारे करने के लिये तैयार किया॥
For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.
11 इस कारण स्मरण करो, कि तुम जो शारीरिक रीति से अन्यजाति हो, (और जो लोग शरीर में हाथ के किए हुए खतने से खतना वाले कहलाते हैं, वे तुम को खतना रहित कहते हैं)।
Wherefore remember, that ye being in time past Gentiles in the flesh, who are called Uncircumcision by that which is called the Circumcision in the flesh made by hands;
12 तुम लोग उस समय मसीह से अलग और इस्त्राएल की प्रजा के पद से अलग किए हुए, और प्रतिज्ञा की वाचाओं के भागी न थे, और आशाहीन और जगत में ईश्वर रहित थे।
That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world:
13 पर अब तो मसीह यीशु में तुम जो पहिले दूर थे, मसीह के लोहू के द्वारा निकट हो गए हो।
But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ.
14 क्योंकि वही हमारा मेल है, जिस ने दोनों को एक कर लिया: और अलग करने वाली दीवार को जो बीच में थी, ढा दिया।
For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us;
15 और अपने शरीर में बैर अर्थात वह व्यवस्था जिस की आज्ञाएं विधियों की रीति पर थीं, मिटा दिया, कि दोनों से अपने में एक नया मनुष्य उत्पन्न करके मेल करा दे।
Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace;
16 और क्रूस पर बैर को नाश करके इस के द्वारा दानों को एक देह बनाकर परमेश्वर से मिलाए।
And that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby:
17 और उस ने आकर तुम्हें जो दूर थे, और उन्हें जो निकट थे, दानों को मेल-मिलाप का सुसमाचार सुनाया।
And came and preached peace to you which were afar off, and to them that were nigh.
18 क्योंकि उस ही के द्वारा हम दोनों की एक आत्मा में पिता के पास पंहुच होती है।
For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father.
19 इसलिये तुम अब विदेशी और मुसाफिर नहीं रहे, परन्तु पवित्र लोगों के संगी स्वदेशी और परमेश्वर के घराने के हो गए।
Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God;
20 और प्रेरितों और भविष्यद्वक्ताओं की नेव पर जिसके कोने का पत्थर मसीह यीशु आप ही है, बनाए गए हो।
And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone;
21 जिस में सारी रचना एक साथ मिलकर प्रभु में एक पवित्र मन्दिर बनती जाती है।
In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord:
22 जिस में तुम भी आत्मा के द्वारा परमेश्वर का निवास स्थान होने के लिये एक साथ बनाए जाते हो॥
In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit.
