John 9 - YLT (Kannada)

1 And passing by, he saw a man blind from birth,ಯೇಸು ಹಾದುಹೋಗುತ್ತಿರುವಾಗ ಹುಟ್ಟುಕುರುಡನಾಗಿದ್ದ ಒಬ್ಬ ಮನುಷ್ಯನನ್ನು ಕಂಡನು.

2 and his disciples asked him, saying, `Rabbi, who did sin, this one or his parents, that he should be born blind?'ಆತನ ಶಿಷ್ಯರು--ಬೋಧಕನೇ, ಇವನು ಕುರುಡನಾಗಿ ಹುಟ್ಟಿರುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಪಾಪಮಾಡಿದವರು ಯಾರು? ಈ ಮನುಷ್ಯನೋ ಅಥವಾ ಇವನ ತಂದೆ ತಾಯಿಗಳೋ ಎಂದು ಆತನನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿದರು;

3 Jesus answered, `Neither did this one sin nor his parents, but that the works of God may be manifested in him;ಯೇಸು ಪ್ರತ್ಯುತ್ತರವಾಗಿ--ಈ ಮನುಷ್ಯನಾಗಲಿ ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ಇವನ ತಂದೆತಾಯಿಗಳಾಗಲಿ ಪಾಪಮಾಡಲಿಲ್ಲ; ಆದರೆ ದೇವರ ಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಳು ಇವನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟವಾಗುವದಕ್ಕಾ ಗಿಯೇ ಇದಾಯಿತು.

4 it behoveth me to be working the works of Him who sent me while it is day; night doth come, when no one is able to work: --ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದಾತನ ಕೆಲಸ ಗಳನ್ನು ಹಗಲಿರುವಾಗ ನಾನು ಮಾಡತಕ್ಕದ್ದು; ರಾತ್ರಿ ಬರುತ್ತದೆ, ಆಗ ಯಾವ ಮನುಷ್ಯನೂ ಕೆಲಸಮಾಡ ಲಾರನು.

5 when I am in the world, I am a light of the world.'ನಾನು ಈ ಲೋಕದಲ್ಲಿರುವವರೆಗೆ ಲೋಕದ ಬೆಳಕಾಗಿದ್ದೇನೆ ಅಂದನು.

6 These things saying, he spat on the ground, and made clay of the spittle, and rubbed the clay on the eyes of the blind man, and said to him,ಆತನು ಹೀಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ನೆಲದ ಮೇಲೆ ಉಗುಳಿ ಆ ಉಗುಳಿನಿಂದ ಕೆಸರು ಮಾಡಿ ಆ ಕೆಸರನ್ನು ಕುರುಡನ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳಿಗೆ ಹಚ್ಚಿದನು;

7 `Go away, wash at the pool of Siloam,' which is, interpreted, Sent. He went away, therefore, and did wash, and came seeing;ಅವನಿಗೆ--ಹೋಗು, ಸಿಲೋವ ಕೊಳ ದಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಳೆದುಕೋ(ಸಿಲೋವ ಅಂದರೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ವನು ಎಂದರ್ಥ) ಅಂದನು. ಅವನು ಹೋಗಿ ತೊಳೆದುಕೊಂಡು ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯುಳ್ಳವನಾಗಿ ಬಂದನು.

8 the neighbours, therefore, and those seeing him before, that he was blind, said, `Is not this he who is sitting and begging?'ಹೀಗಿರುವದರಿಂದ ನೆರೆಯವರೂ ಅವನು ಮೊದಲು ಕುರುಡನಾಗಿದ್ದಾಗ ಅವನನ್ನು ನೋಡಿದವರೂ-- ಕೂತುಕೊಂಡು ಭಿಕ್ಷೆ ಬೇಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದವನು ಇವನೇ ಅಲ್ಲವೋ ಅಂದರು.

9 others said -- `This is he;' and others -- `He is like to him;' he himself said, -- `I am `he'.'ಕೆಲವರು--ಅವನು ಇವನೇ ಅಂದರು. ಬೇರೆಯವರು--ಇವನು ಅವನ ಹಾಗೆ ಇದ್ದಾನೆ ಅಂದರು. ಆದರೆ ಅವನು--ನಾನೇ ಅವನು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.

10 They said, therefore, to him, `How were thine eyes opened?'ಆದದರಿಂದ ಅವರು ಅವ ನಿಗೆ--ನಿನ್ನ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳು ಹೇಗೆ ತೆರೆಯಲ್ಪಟ್ಟವು ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಲು

11 he answered and said, `A man called Jesus made clay, and rubbed my eyes, and said to me, Go away to the pool of Siloam, and wash; and having gone away and having washed, I received sight;'ಅವನು ಪ್ರತ್ಯುತ್ತರವಾಗಿ--ಯೇಸು ಎಂದು ಕರೆಯಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ಕೆಸರುಮಾಡಿ ನನ್ನ ಕಣ್ಣಿಗೆ ಹಚ್ಚಿ ನನಗೆ--ಸಿಲೋವಕೊಳಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗಿ ತೊಳೆ ದುಕೋ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಲು ನಾನು ಹೋಗಿ ತೊಳೆದು ಕೊಂಡು ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದೆನು ಅಂದನು.

12 they said, therefore, to him, `Where is that one?' he saith, `I have not known.'ಆಗ ಅವರು ಅವನಿಗೆ--ಅವನು ಎಲ್ಲಿದ್ದಾನೆ? ಅಂದಾಗ ಅವನು--ನನಗೆ ಗೊತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ ಅಂದನು;

13 They bring him to the Pharisees who once `was' blind,ಮೊದಲು ಕುರುಡನಾಗಿದ್ದವನನ್ನು ಅವರು ಫರಿಸಾ ಯರ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಕರೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಬಂದರು.

14 and it was a sabbath when Jesus made the clay, and opened his eyes.ಯೇಸು ಕೆಸರುಮಾಡಿ ಅವನ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳನ್ನು ತೆರೆದಾಗ ಅದು ಸಬ್ಬತ್‌ದಿನವಾಗಿತ್ತು.

15 Again, therefore, the Pharisees also were asking him how he received sight, and he said to them, `Clay he did put upon my eyes, and I did wash -- and I see.'ಆಗ ಫರಿಸಾಯರು ಸಹ ತಿರಿಗಿ ಅವನು ಹೇಗೆ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಹೊಂದಿದ್ದಾನೆಂದು ಅವ ನನ್ನು ಕೇಳಲು ಅವನು ಅವರಿಗೆ--ಆತನು ಕೆಸರನ್ನು ನನ್ನ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಇಡಲು ನಾನು ತೊಳೆದುಕೊಂಡ ವನಾಗಿ ನೋಡುತ್ತೇನೆ ಅಂದನು.

16 Of the Pharisees, therefore, certain said, `This man is not from God, because the sabbath he doth not keep;' others said, `How is a man -- a sinful one -- able to do such signs?' and there was a division among them.ತರುವಾಯ ಫರಿಸಾಯರಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲವರು--ಈ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ದೇವರಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟವನಲ್ಲ; ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಈತನು ಸಬ್ಬತ್‌ ದಿನವನ್ನು ಕೈಕೊಳ್ಳುವವನಲ್ಲ ಅಂದರು. ಬೇರೆಯ ವರು--ಪಾಪಿಯಾದ ಒಬ್ಬ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ಇಂಥ ಅದ್ಭುತ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಹೇಗೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾನೆ ಅಂದರು. ಹೀಗೆ ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ ಭೇದವುಂಟಾ

17 They said to the blind man again, `Thou -- what dost thou say of him -- that he opened thine eyes?'ಅವರು ತಿರಿಗಿ ಕುರುಡನಿಗೆ--ನಿನ್ನ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳನ್ನು ತೆರೆದಾತನ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿ ನೀನು ಏನು ಹೇಳುತ್ತೀ ಅಂದಾಗ ಅವನು--ಆತನು ಒಬ್ಬ ಪ್ರವಾದಿ ಅಂದನು.

18 and he said -- `He is a prophet.' The Jews, therefore, did not believe concerning him that he was blind and did receive sight, till that they called the parents of him who received sight,ಆದರೆ ದೃಷ್ಟಿ ಹೊಂದಿದವನ ತಂದೆತಾಯಿ ಗಳನ್ನು ಕರೆಯುವವರೆಗೆ ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯರು ಅವನ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿ ಅವನು ಕುರುಡನಾಗಿದ್ದು ದೃಷ್ಟಿ ಹೊಂದಿ ದನೆಂದು ನಂಬಲಿಲ್ಲ.

19 and they asked them, saying, `Is your son, of whom ye say that he was born blind? how then now doth he see?'ಅವರು--ಕುರುಡನಾಗಿ ಹುಟ್ಟಿದನೆಂದು ನೀವು ಹೇಳುವ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮಗನು ಇವನೋ? ಹಾಗಾದರೆ ಈಗ ಅವನು ಹೇಗೆ ನೋಡುತ್ತಾನೆ ಎಂದು ಅವರನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿದರು.

20 His parents answered them and said, `We have known that this is our son, and that he was born blind;ಅವನ ತಂದೆತಾಯಿಗಳು ಪ್ರತ್ಯುತ್ತರವಾಗಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ--ಅವನು ನಮ್ಮ ಮಗನೆಂದೂ ಅವನು ಕುರುಡನಾಗಿ ಹುಟ್ಟಿದ ನೆಂದೂ ನಾವು ಬಲ್ಲೆವು.

21 and how he now seeth, we have not known; or who opened his eyes, we have not known; himself is of age, ask him; he himself shall speak concerning himself.'ಆದರೆ ಅವನು ಈಗ ಯಾವದರ ಮೂಲಕ ನೋಡುತ್ತಾನೋ ನಮಗೆ ಗೊತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ; ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ಯಾರು ಅವನ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳನ್ನು ತೆರೆದರೋ ಅದೂ ನಮಗೆ ಗೊತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ; ಅವನು ಪ್ರಾಯದವನಾಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ. ಅವನನ್ನೇ ಕೇಳಿರಿ; ಅವನೇ ತನ್ನ ವಿಷಯ ಮಾತನಾಡುವನು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

22 These things said his parents, because they were afraid of the Jews, for already had the Jews agreed together, that if any one may confess him -- Christ, he may be put out of the synagogue;ಅವನ ತಂದೆತಾಯಿಗಳು ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಭಯಪಟ್ಟ ದ್ದರಿಂದ ಈ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಹೇಳಿದರು; ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಯಾವನಾದರೂ ಆತನು ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನೆಂದು ಒಪ್ಪಿಕೊಂಡರೆ ಅವನನ್ನು ಸಭಾಮಂದಿರದಿಂದ ಬಹಿಷ್ಕರಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯರು ಆಗಲೇ ನಿರ್ಣಯಿಸಿದ್ದರು.

23 because of this his parents said -- `He is of age, ask him.'ಆದದ ರಿಂದ ಅವನ ತಂದೆ ತಾಯಿಗಳು--ಅವನು ಪ್ರಾಯದ ವನಾಗಿದ್ದಾನಲ್ಲಾ; ಅವನನ್ನೇ ಕೇಳಿರಿ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

24 They called, therefore, a second time the man who was blind, and they said to him, `Give glory to God, we have known that this man is a sinner;'ತರುವಾಯ ಅವರು ಆ ಕುರುಡನಾಗಿದ್ದ ಮನುಷ್ಯನನ್ನು ಕರೆದು ಅವನಿಗೆ--ದೇವರಿಗೆ ಸ್ತೋತ್ರ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸು; ಈ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ಪಾಪಿಯೆಂದು ನಾವು ಬಲ್ಲೆವು ಅಂದರು.

25 he answered, therefore, and said, `If he be a sinner -- I have not known, one thing I have known, that, being blind, now I see.'ಅವನು ಪ್ರತ್ಯುತ್ತರವಾಗಿ--ಆತನು ಪಾಪಿಯೋ ಅಲ್ಲವೋ ನನಗೆ ಗೊತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ; ಒಂದು ಮಾತ್ರ ಬಲ್ಲೆನು; ಅದೇನಂದರೆ ನಾನು ಕುರುಡನಾಗಿದ್ದೆನು; ಈಗ ನಾನು ನೋಡುತ್ತೇನೆ ಅಂದನು.

26 And they said to him again, `What did he to thee? how did he open thine eyes?'ಅವರು ತಿರಿಗಿ ಅವನಿಗೆ--ಆತನು ನಿನಗೆ ಏನು ಮಾಡಿದನು? ಆತನು ನಿನ್ನ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳನ್ನು ಹೇಗೆ ತೆರೆದನು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಕ್ಕೆ

27 He answered them, `I told you already, and ye did not hear; why again do ye wish to hear? do ye also wish to become his disciples?'ಅವನು ಪ್ರತ್ಯುತ್ತರವಾಗಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ--ನಾನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಆಗಲೇ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನಲ್ಲಾ; ಆದರೆ ನೀವು ಕೇಳಲಿಲ್ಲ; ನೀವು ಅದನ್ನು ತಿರಿಗಿ ಯಾಕೆ ಕೇಳಬೇಕೆಂದಿದ್ದೀರಿ? ಆತನ ಶಿಷ್ಯರಾಗುವದಕ್ಕೆ ನಿಮಗೂ ಮನಸ್ಸಿದೆಯೋ ಅಂದನು.

28 They reviled him, therefore, and said, `Thou art his disciple, and we are Moses' disciples;ಆಗ ಅವರು ಅವನನ್ನು ದೂಷಿಸಿ--ನೀನು ಅವನ ಶಿಷ್ಯನು; ಆದರೆ ನಾವು ಮೋಶೆಯ ಶಿಷ್ಯರು.

29 we have known that God hath spoken to Moses, but this one -- we have not known whence he is.'ಮೋಶೆಯ ಸಂಗಡ ದೇವರು ಮಾತನಾಡಿದನೆಂದು ನಾವು ಬಲ್ಲೆವು; ಆದರೆ ಇವನು ಎಲ್ಲಿಯವನೋ ನಮಗೆ ಗೊತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ ಅಂದರು.

30 The man answered and said to them, `Why, in this is a wonderful thing, that ye have not known whence he is, and he opened my eyes!ಆಗ ಆ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ಪ್ರತ್ಯುತ್ತರವಾಗಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ--ಆತನು ನನ್ನ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳನ್ನು ತೆರೆದರೂ ಆತನು ಎಲ್ಲಿಯ ವನೆಂದು ನಿಮಗೆ ತಿಳಿಯದೆ ಇರುವದು ಆಶ್ಚರ್ಯವಾದ ವಿಷಯವಲ್ಲವೇ?

31 and we have known that God doth not hear sinners, but, if any one may be a worshipper of God, and may do His will, him He doth hear;ದೇವರು ಪಾಪಿಗಳ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆ ಯನ್ನು ಕೇಳುವದಿಲ್ಲ; ಆದರೆ ಯಾವನಾದರೂ ದೇವ ರನ್ನು ಆರಾಧಿಸುವವನಾಗಿದ್ದು ಆತನ ಚಿತ್ತದಂತೆ ನಡೆದರೆ ಅವನ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆಯನ್ನು ಆತನು ಕೇಳು ತ್ತಾನೆಂದು ನಾವು ಬಲ್ಲೆವು.

32 from the age it was not heard, that any one did open eyes of one who hath been born blind;ಹುಟ್ಟುಕುರುಡನಾಗಿದ್ದ ಒಬ್ಬ ಮನುಷ್ಯನ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳನ್ನು ಯಾವನಾದರೂ ತೆರೆದಿ ದ್ದದ್ದನ್ನು ಲೋಕಾದಿಯಿಂದ ಕೇಳಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ.

33 if this one were not from God, he were not able to do anything.'ಈ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ದೇವರ ಕಡೆಯಿಂದ ಬಂದವನಲ್ಲ ದಿದ್ದರೆ ಏನೂ ಮಾಡಲಾರದೆ ಇರುತ್ತಿದ್ದನು ಅಂದನು.

34 They answered and said to him, `In sins thou wast born altogether, and thou dost teach us!' and they cast him forth without.ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಅವರು ಅವನಿಗೆ--ನೀನು ಕೇವಲ ಪಾಪ ದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಹುಟ್ಟಿದವನು; ನೀನು ನಮಗೆ ಬೋಧಿಸು ತ್ತೀಯೋ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿ ಅವನನ್ನು ಹೊರಗೆ ಹಾಕಿದರು.

35 Jesus heard that they cast him forth without, and having found him, he said to him, `Dost thou believe in the Son of God?'ಅವರು ಅವನನ್ನು ಹೊರಗೆ ಹಾಕಿದ್ದನ್ನು ಯೇಸು ಕೇಳಿ ಅವನನ್ನು ಕಂಡು ಅವನಿಗೆ--ನೀನು ದೇವರ ಮಗನನ್ನು ನಂಬುತ್ತೀಯೋ ಅಂದನು.

36 he answered and said, `Who is he, sir, that I may believe in him?'ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಅವನು ಪ್ರತ್ಯುತ್ತರವಾಗಿ--ಕರ್ತನೇ, ನಾನು ಆತನನ್ನು ನಂಬುವಂತೆ ಆತನು ಯಾರು ಅಂದನು.

37 And Jesus said to him, `Thou hast both seen him, and he who is speaking with thee is he;'ಯೇಸು ಅವನಿಗೆ--ನೀನು ಆತನನ್ನು ನೋಡಿದ್ದೀ; ನಿನ್ನ ಸಂಗಡ ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ನಾನೇ ಆತನು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.

38 and he said, `I believe, sir,' and bowed before him.ಆಗ ಅವನು--ಕರ್ತನೇ, ನಾನು ನಂಬುತ್ತೇನೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿ ಆತನನ್ನು ಆರಾಧಿಸಿದನು.

39 And Jesus said, `For judgment I to this world did come, that those not seeing may see, and those seeing may become blind.'ಯೇಸು--ನೋಡದವರು ನೋಡುವಂತೆಯೂ ನೋಡುವವರು ಕುರುಡರಾಗುವಂತೆಯೂ ನ್ಯಾಯತೀರ್ಪಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ ನಾನು ಈ ಲೋಕಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದಿದ್ದೇನೆ ಅಂದನು.

40 And those of the Pharisees who were with him heard these things, and they said to him, `Are we also blind?'ಆತ ನೊಂದಿಗಿದ್ದ ಫರಿಸಾಯರಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲವರು ಈ ಮಾತು ಗಳನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿ--ನಾವು ಸಹ ಕುರುಡರೋ ಎಂದು ಆತನನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿದರು.

41 Jesus said to them, `If ye were blind, ye were not having had sin, but now ye say -- We see, therefore doth your sin remain.ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಯೇಸು ಅವರಿಗೆ--ನೀವು ಕುರುಡರಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಪವು ಇರುತ್ತಿರ ಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೆ--ನಾವು ನೋಡುತ್ತೇವೆಂದು ನೀವು ಹೇಳುವದರಿಂದ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಪಾಪವು ಉಳಿದದೆ ಅಂದನು
