ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಮಕ್ಕಳೂ ಯೆಹೂದನ ಮಕ್ಕಳೂ ಅವರ ಅರಸರೂ ಪ್ರಧಾನರೂ ಯಾಜಕರೂ ಪ್ರವಾದಿ ಗಳೂ ಯೆಹೂದದ ಜನರೂ ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನ ನಿವಾಸಿಗಳೂ ಸಹಿತವಾಗಿ ನನಗೆ ಕೋಪೋದ್ರೇಕ ಎಬ್ಬಿಸುವ ಹಾಗೆ ಮಾಡಿದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕೆಟ್ಟತನದ ನಿಮಿತ್ತ ನಾನು ಆ ಪಟ್ಟಣವನ್ನು ನನ್ನ ಸನ್ನಿಧಿಯಿಂದ ತೆಗೆದುಹಾಕಬೇಕು.

ಹಾ, ಪಾಪಿಷ್ಠ ಜನಾಂಗವೇ, ದುಷ್ಟತನದ ಭಾರವನ್ನು ಹೊತ್ತಿರುವ ಪ್ರಜೆಯೇ, ದುಷ್ಟಸಂತ ತಿಯೇ, ಭ್ರಷ್ಟರಾದ ಮಕ್ಕಳೇ, ಕರ್ತನನ್ನು ಅವರು ತೊರೆದುಬಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧನಾ ದಾತನಿಗೆ ಕೋಪವನ್ನೆಬ್ಬಿಸುವಂತೆ ಅವರು ಹಿಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ನಮ್ಮ ತಂದೆಗಳ ದಿವಸಗಳು ಮೊದಲುಗೊ ಂಡು ಈ ದಿವಸದ ವರೆಗೆ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಅಪರಾಧಕ್ಕೊಳಗಾಗಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಇಂದಿನ ಪ್ರಕಾರವೇ ನಾವು ಈ ದೇಶಗಳ ಅರಸುಗಳ ಕೈಗೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟು ನಮ್ಮ ಅಕ್ರಮಗಳಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ ನಾವೂ ನಮ್ಮ ಅರಸುಗಳೂ ನಮ್ಮ ಯಾಜಕರೂ ಕತ್ತಿಗೂ ಸೆರೆಗೂ ಕೊಳ್ಳೆಗೂ ನಾಚಿಕೆಗೂ ಗುರಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದೇವೆ

ಕೊಳ್ಳೆಯನ್ನು ಸುಲಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಘರ್ಜಿಸುವ ಸಿಂಹದ ಹಾಗೆ ಅದರ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರವಾದಿಗಳ ಒಳಸಂಚು ಉಂಟು; ಪ್ರಾಣಗಳನ್ನು ತಿಂದುಬಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಸಂಪತ್ತನ್ನೂ ಅಮೂಲ್ಯವಾದ ವಸ್ತುವನ್ನೂ ದೋಚಿ ಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ, ಅವರು ಅದರ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಹಳ ಜನರನ್ನು ವಿಧವೆಯರನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಇಗೋ ಇಸ್ರಾ ಯೇಲಿನ ಪ್ರಭುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬನು ತನ್ನ ತನ್ನ ಶಕ್ತ್ಯಾನುಸಾರವಾಗಿ ರಕ್ತವನ್ನು ನಿನ್ನ ಮೇಲೆ ಚೆಲ್ಲುತ್ತಲೇ ಇದ್ದಾನೆ.

ಆದದರಿಂದ ಕರ್ತನು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನಿಂದ ತಲೆಬಾಲಗಳನ್ನೂ ಕೊಂಬೆ ರೆಂಬೆಗಳನ್ನೂ ಒಂದು ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ಕತ್ತರಿಸಿ ಹಾಕುವನು.
