Jeremiah 22
13 ಅನೀತಿಯಿಂದ ತನ್ನ ಮನೆಯನ್ನು ಅನ್ಯಾಯದಿಂದ ತನ್ನ ಕೊಠಡಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳು ವವನಿಗೂ ಕೂಲಿಕೊಡದೆ ತನ್ನ ನೆರೆಯವನ ಕೈಯಿಂದ ಸುಮ್ಮನೆ ಕೆಲಸತಕ್ಕೊಳ್ಳುವವನಿಗೂ ಅಯ್ಯೋ!
14 ಅವನು--ನಾನು ವಿಸ್ತಾರವಾದ ಮನೆಯನ್ನೂ ವಿಶಾಲವಾದ ಕೊಠಡಿಗಳನ್ನೂ ಕಟ್ಟಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವೆನೆಂದು ಹೇಳಿ ಕಿಟಕಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕೊರೆದು ದೇವದಾರಿನ ಹಲಿಗೆ ಗಳನ್ನು ಹಾಕಿ ಕೆಂಪು ಬಣ್ಣವನ್ನು ಹಚ್ಚುವವನಿಗೂ ಅಯ್ಯೋ!
15 ನೀನು ದೇವದಾರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಮುಚ್ಚಿ ಕೊಳ್ಳುವದರಿಂದ ದೊರೆತನ ಮಾಡುವಿಯೋ? ನಿನ್ನ ತಂದೆ ಉಂಡು, ಕುಡಿದು, ನ್ಯಾಯವನ್ನೂ ನೀತಿಯನ್ನೂ ಮಾಡಲಿಲ್ಲವೋ? ಆಗ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದಾ ಗಲಿಲ್ಲವೋ?
16 ಬಡವನ ಮತ್ತು ದರಿದ್ರನ ನ್ಯಾಯ ವನ್ನು ತೀರಿಸಿದನು. ಆಗ ಒಳ್ಳೇದಾಯಿತು; ನನ್ನನ್ನು ತಿಳುಕೊಳ್ಳುವದು ಇದೇ ಅಲ್ಲವೋ ಎಂದು ಕರ್ತನು ಅನ್ನುತ್ತಾನೆ.
17 ಆದರೆ ನಿನ್ನ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳು ನಿನ್ನ ಹೃದಯವು ನಿನ್ನ ದುರ್ಲಾಭದ ಮೇಲೆ, ಅಪರಾಧವಿಲ್ಲದವನ ರಕ್ತ ಚೆಲ್ಲುವದರ ಮೇಲೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪೀಡೆಯನ್ನೂ ಬಲಾತ್ಕಾರವನ್ನೂ ಮಾಡುವದರ ಮೇಲೆಯೇ ಹೊರತು ಮತ್ತಾವದರ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ಇರುವದಿಲ್ಲ.
18 ಆದದ ರಿಂದ ಯೋಷೀಯನ ಮಗನಾದ ಯೆಹೂದದ ಅರಸನಾದ ಯೆಹೋಯಾಕೀಮನನ್ನು ಕುರಿತು ಕರ್ತನು ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ--ಅವರು ಅವನನ್ನು ಕುರಿತು ಗೋಳಾಡಿ--ಹಾ, ನನ್ನ ಸಹೋದರನೇ, ಹಾ, ನನ್ನ ಸಹೋದರಿಯೇ ಎಂದು ಅನ್ನುವದಿಲ್ಲ; ಹಾ, ದೊರೆಯೇ, ಹಾ, ಅವನ ವೈಭವವೇ ಎಂದು ಅವನನ್ನು ಕುರಿತು ಗೋಳಾಡುವದಿಲ್ಲ.
19 ಕತ್ತೆಯನ್ನು ಹೂಣಿಡುವ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಅವನನ್ನು ಹೂಣಿಡುವರು; ಅವನನ್ನು ಎಳಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗಿ ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನ ಬಾಗಿಲುಗಳ ಆಚೆಗೆ ಬಿಸಾಡುವರು.
20 ಲೆಬನೋನಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಕೂಗು, ಬಾಶಾನಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಿನ್ನ ಸ್ವರವನ್ನೆತ್ತು, ದಾರಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕೂಗು, ನಿನ್ನ ಪ್ರಿಯರು ನಾಶವಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
21 ನಿನ್ನ ಏಳಿಗೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿನ್ನ ಸಂಗಡ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದೆನು; ಆದರೆ--ನಾನು ಕೇಳುವದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ನೀನು ಹೇಳಿದಿ; ನನ್ನ ಸ್ವರಕ್ಕೆ ಕಿವಿಗೊಡದಿರು ವದೇ ನಿನ್ನ ಯೌವನದ ರೀತಿಯಾಗಿದೆ.
22 ನಿನ್ನ ಕುರುಬರನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಗಾಳಿ ತಿಂದುಬಿಡುವದು; ನಿನ್ನ ಪ್ರಿಯರು ಸೆರೆಗೆ ಹೋಗುವರು; ನಿಶ್ಚಯವಾಗಿ ಆಗ ನಿನ್ನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕೆಟ್ಟತನದ ನಿಮಿತ್ತ ನಿನಗೆ ನಾಚಿಕೆಯೂ ಅವಮಾನವೂ ಆಗುವದು.
23 ಓ ಲೆಬನೋನಿನಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಮಾಡು ವವಳೇ, ದೇವದಾರುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಗೂಡು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡ ವಳೇ, ನಿನ್ನ ಮೇಲೆ ಬೇನೆಗಳೂ ಹೆರುವವಳಂತಿರುವ ವೇದನೆಯೂ ಬರುವಾಗ ಎಷ್ಟೋ ಸುಖಕರವಾಗಿರುವಿ.
13 Woe unto him that buildeth his house by unrighteousness, and his chambers by wrong; that useth his neighbour’s service without wages, and giveth him not for his work;
14 That saith, I will build me a wide house and large chambers, and cutteth him out windows; and it is cieled with cedar, and painted with vermilion.
15 Shalt thou reign, because thou closest thyself in cedar? did not thy father eat and drink, and do judgment and justice, and then it was well with him?
16 He judged the cause of the poor and needy; then it was well with him: was not this to know me? saith the Lord.
17 But thine eyes and thine heart are not but for thy covetousness, and for to shed innocent blood, and for oppression, and for violence, to do it.
18 Therefore thus saith the Lord concerning Jehoiakim the son of Josiah king of Judah; They shall not lament for him, saying, Ah my brother! or, Ah sister! they shall not lament for him, saying, Ah lord! or, Ah his glory!
19 He shall be buried with the burial of an ass, drawn and cast forth beyond the gates of Jerusalem.
20 Go up to Lebanon, and cry; and lift up thy voice in Bashan, and cry from the passages: for all thy lovers are destroyed.
21 I spake unto thee in thy prosperity; but thou saidst, I will not hear. This hath been thy manner from thy youth, that thou obeyedst not my voice.
22 The wind shall eat up all thy pastors, and thy lovers shall go into captivity: surely then shalt thou be ashamed and confounded for all thy wickedness.
23 O inhabitant of Lebanon, that makest thy nest in the cedars, how gracious shalt thou be when pangs come upon thee, the pain as of a woman in travail!

13 ಅನೀತಿಯಿಂದ ತನ್ನ ಮನೆಯನ್ನು ಅನ್ಯಾಯದಿಂದ ತನ್ನ ಕೊಠಡಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳು ವವನಿಗೂ ಕೂಲಿಕೊಡದೆ ತನ್ನ ನೆರೆಯವನ ಕೈಯಿಂದ ಸುಮ್ಮನೆ ಕೆಲಸತಕ್ಕೊಳ್ಳುವವನಿಗೂ ಅಯ್ಯೋ!

14 ಅವನು--ನಾನು ವಿಸ್ತಾರವಾದ ಮನೆಯನ್ನೂ ವಿಶಾಲವಾದ ಕೊಠಡಿಗಳನ್ನೂ ಕಟ್ಟಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವೆನೆಂದು ಹೇಳಿ ಕಿಟಕಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕೊರೆದು ದೇವದಾರಿನ ಹಲಿಗೆ ಗಳನ್ನು ಹಾಕಿ ಕೆಂಪು ಬಣ್ಣವನ್ನು ಹಚ್ಚುವವನಿಗೂ ಅಯ್ಯೋ!
That saith, I will build me a wide house and large chambers, and cutteth him out windows; and it is cieled with cedar, and painted with vermilion.
15 ನೀನು ದೇವದಾರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಮುಚ್ಚಿ ಕೊಳ್ಳುವದರಿಂದ ದೊರೆತನ ಮಾಡುವಿಯೋ? ನಿನ್ನ ತಂದೆ ಉಂಡು, ಕುಡಿದು, ನ್ಯಾಯವನ್ನೂ ನೀತಿಯನ್ನೂ ಮಾಡಲಿಲ್ಲವೋ? ಆಗ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದಾ ಗಲಿಲ್ಲವೋ?
Shalt thou reign, because thou closest thyself in cedar? did not thy father eat and drink, and do judgment and justice, and then it was well with him?
16 ಬಡವನ ಮತ್ತು ದರಿದ್ರನ ನ್ಯಾಯ ವನ್ನು ತೀರಿಸಿದನು. ಆಗ ಒಳ್ಳೇದಾಯಿತು; ನನ್ನನ್ನು ತಿಳುಕೊಳ್ಳುವದು ಇದೇ ಅಲ್ಲವೋ ಎಂದು ಕರ್ತನು ಅನ್ನುತ್ತಾನೆ.
He judged the cause of the poor and needy; then it was well with him: was not this to know me? saith the Lord.
17 ಆದರೆ ನಿನ್ನ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳು ನಿನ್ನ ಹೃದಯವು ನಿನ್ನ ದುರ್ಲಾಭದ ಮೇಲೆ, ಅಪರಾಧವಿಲ್ಲದವನ ರಕ್ತ ಚೆಲ್ಲುವದರ ಮೇಲೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪೀಡೆಯನ್ನೂ ಬಲಾತ್ಕಾರವನ್ನೂ ಮಾಡುವದರ ಮೇಲೆಯೇ ಹೊರತು ಮತ್ತಾವದರ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ಇರುವದಿಲ್ಲ.
But thine eyes and thine heart are not but for thy covetousness, and for to shed innocent blood, and for oppression, and for violence, to do it.
18 ಆದದ ರಿಂದ ಯೋಷೀಯನ ಮಗನಾದ ಯೆಹೂದದ ಅರಸನಾದ ಯೆಹೋಯಾಕೀಮನನ್ನು ಕುರಿತು ಕರ್ತನು ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ--ಅವರು ಅವನನ್ನು ಕುರಿತು ಗೋಳಾಡಿ--ಹಾ, ನನ್ನ ಸಹೋದರನೇ, ಹಾ, ನನ್ನ ಸಹೋದರಿಯೇ ಎಂದು ಅನ್ನುವದಿಲ್ಲ; ಹಾ, ದೊರೆಯೇ, ಹಾ, ಅವನ ವೈಭವವೇ ಎಂದು ಅವನನ್ನು ಕುರಿತು ಗೋಳಾಡುವದಿಲ್ಲ.
Therefore thus saith the Lord concerning Jehoiakim the son of Josiah king of Judah; They shall not lament for him, saying, Ah my brother! or, Ah sister! they shall not lament for him, saying, Ah lord! or, Ah his glory!
19 ಕತ್ತೆಯನ್ನು ಹೂಣಿಡುವ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಅವನನ್ನು ಹೂಣಿಡುವರು; ಅವನನ್ನು ಎಳಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗಿ ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನ ಬಾಗಿಲುಗಳ ಆಚೆಗೆ ಬಿಸಾಡುವರು.
He shall be buried with the burial of an ass, drawn and cast forth beyond the gates of Jerusalem.
20 ಲೆಬನೋನಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಕೂಗು, ಬಾಶಾನಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಿನ್ನ ಸ್ವರವನ್ನೆತ್ತು, ದಾರಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕೂಗು, ನಿನ್ನ ಪ್ರಿಯರು ನಾಶವಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
Go up to Lebanon, and cry; and lift up thy voice in Bashan, and cry from the passages: for all thy lovers are destroyed.
21 ನಿನ್ನ ಏಳಿಗೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿನ್ನ ಸಂಗಡ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದೆನು; ಆದರೆ--ನಾನು ಕೇಳುವದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ನೀನು ಹೇಳಿದಿ; ನನ್ನ ಸ್ವರಕ್ಕೆ ಕಿವಿಗೊಡದಿರು ವದೇ ನಿನ್ನ ಯೌವನದ ರೀತಿಯಾಗಿದೆ.
