רְדִ֣י׀ down, reh-DEE וּשְׁבִ֣י and oo-sheh-VEE עַל sit al עָפָ֗ר in ah-FAHR בְּתוּלַת֙ the beh-too-LAHT בַּת dust, baht בָּבֶ֔ל O ba-VEL שְׁבִי virgin sheh-VEE לָאָ֥רֶץ daughter la-AH-rets אֵין of ane כִּסֵּ֖א Babylon, kee-SAY בַּת sit baht כַּשְׂדִּ֑ים on kahs-DEEM כִּ֣י the kee לֹ֤א ground: loh תוֹסִ֙יפִי֙ there toh-SEE-FEE יִקְרְאוּ is yeek-reh-OO לָ֔ךְ no lahk רַכָּ֖ה throne, ra-KA וַעֲנֻגָּֽה׃ O va-uh-noo-ɡA -
קְחִ֥י the keh-HEE רֵחַ֖יִם millstones, ray-HA-yeem וְטַ֣חֲנִי and veh-TA-huh-nee קָ֑מַח grind KA-mahk גַּלִּ֨י meal: ɡa-LEE צַמָּתֵ֧ךְ uncover tsa-ma-TAKE חֶשְׂפִּי thy hes-PEE שֹׁ֛בֶל locks, SHOH-vel גַּלִּי make ɡa-LEE שׁ֖וֹק bare shoke עִבְרִ֥י the eev-REE נְהָרֽוֹת׃ leg, neh-ha-ROTE -
תִּגָּל֙ nakedness tee-ɡAHL עֶרְוָתֵ֔ךְ shall er-va-TAKE גַּ֥ם be ɡahm תֵּרָאֶ֖ה uncovered, tay-ra-EH חֶרְפָּתֵ֑ךְ yea, her-pa-TAKE נָקָ֣ם thy na-KAHM אֶקָּ֔ח shame eh-KAHK וְלֹ֥א shall veh-LOH אֶפְגַּ֖ע be ef-ɡA אָדָֽם׃ seen: ah-DAHM -
גֹּאֲלֵ֕נוּ for ɡoh-uh-LAY-noo יְהוָ֥ה our yeh-VA צְבָא֖וֹת redeemer, tseh-va-OTE שְׁמ֑וֹ the sheh-MOH קְד֖וֹשׁ Lord keh-DOHSH יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ of yees-ra-ALE -

קָצַ֣פְתִּי was ka-TSAHF-tee עַל wroth al עַמִּ֗י with ah-MEE חִלַּ֙לְתִּי֙ my hee-LAHL-TEE נַחֲלָתִ֔י people, na-huh-la-TEE וָאֶתְּנֵ֖ם I va-eh-teh-NAME בְּיָדֵ֑ךְ have beh-ya-DAKE לֹא polluted loh שַׂ֤מְתְּ mine SA-met לָהֶם֙ inheritance, la-HEM רַחֲמִ֔ים and ra-huh-MEEM עַל given al זָקֵ֕ן them za-KANE הִכְבַּ֥דְתְּ into heek-BA-det עֻלֵּ֖ךְ thine oo-LAKE מְאֹֽד׃ hand: meh-ODE -

וְעַתָּ֞ה hear veh-ah-TA שִׁמְעִי now sheem-EE זֹ֤את this, zote עֲדִינָה֙ thou uh-dee-NA הַיּוֹשֶׁ֣בֶת that ha-yoh-SHEH-vet לָבֶ֔טַח art la-VEH-tahk הָאֹֽמְרָה֙ given ha-oh-meh-RA בִּלְבָ֔בָהּ to beel-VA-voh אֲנִ֖י pleasures, uh-NEE וְאַפְסִ֣י that veh-af-SEE ע֑וֹד dwellest ode לֹ֤א carelessly, loh אֵשֵׁב֙ that ay-SHAVE אַלְמָנָ֔ה sayest al-ma-NA וְלֹ֥א in veh-LOH אֵדַ֖ע thine ay-DA שְׁכֽוֹל׃ heart, sheh-HOLE -
וְתָבֹאנָה֩ these veh-ta-voh-NA לָּ֨ךְ two lahk שְׁתֵּי things sheh-TAY אֵ֥לֶּה shall A-leh רֶ֛גַע come REH-ɡa בְּי֥וֹם to beh-YOME אֶחָ֖ד thee eh-HAHD שְׁכ֣וֹל in sheh-HOLE וְאַלְמֹ֑ן a veh-al-MONE כְּתֻמָּם֙ moment keh-too-MAHM בָּ֣אוּ in BA-oo עָלַ֔יִךְ one ah-LA-yeek בְּרֹ֣ב day, beh-ROVE כְּשָׁפַ֔יִךְ the keh-sha-FA-yeek בְּעָצְמַ֥ת loss beh-ohts-MAHT חֲבָרַ֖יִךְ of huh-va-RA-yeek מְאֹֽד׃ children, meh-ODE -
וַתִּבְטְחִ֣י thou va-teev-teh-HEE בְרָעָתֵ֗ךְ hast veh-ra-ah-TAKE אָמַרְתְּ֙ trusted ah-ma-ret אֵ֣ין in ane רֹאָ֔נִי thy roh-AH-nee חָכְמָתֵ֥ךְ wickedness: hoke-ma-TAKE וְדַעְתֵּ֖ךְ thou veh-da-TAKE הִ֣יא hast hee שׁוֹבְבָ֑תֶךְ said, shoh-veh-VA-tek וַתֹּאמְרִ֣י None va-toh-meh-REE בְלִבֵּ֔ךְ seeth veh-lee-BAKE אֲנִ֖י me. uh-NEE וְאַפְסִ֥י Thy veh-af-SEE עֽוֹד׃ wisdom ode -
וּבָ֧א shall oo-VA עָלַ֣יִךְ evil ah-LA-yeek רָעָ֗ה come ra-AH לֹ֤א upon loh תֵדְעִי֙ thee; tay-deh-EE שַׁחְרָ֔הּ thou shahk-RA וְתִפֹּ֤ל shalt veh-tee-POLE עָלַ֙יִךְ֙ not ah-LA-yeek הוָֹ֔ה know hoh-AH לֹ֥א from loh תוּכְלִ֖י whence too-heh-LEE כַּפְּרָ֑הּ it ka-peh-RA וְתָבֹ֨א riseth: veh-ta-VOH עָלַ֧יִךְ and ah-LA-yeek פִּתְאֹ֛ם mischief peet-OME שֹׁאָ֖ה shall shoh-AH לֹ֥א fall loh תֵדָֽעִי׃ upon tay-DA-ee -
עִמְדִי now eem-DEE נָ֤א with na בַחֲבָרַ֙יִךְ֙ thine va-huh-va-RA-yeek וּבְרֹ֣ב enchantments, oo-veh-ROVE כְּשָׁפַ֔יִךְ and keh-sha-FA-yeek בַּאֲשֶׁ֥ר with ba-uh-SHER יָגַ֖עַתְּ the ya-ɡA-at מִנְּעוּרָ֑יִךְ multitude mee-neh-oo-RA-yeek אוּלַ֛י of oo-LAI תּוּכְלִ֥י thy too-heh-LEE הוֹעִ֖יל sorceries, hoh-EEL אוּלַ֥י wherein oo-LAI תַּעֲרֽוֹצִי׃ thou ta-uh-ROH-tsee -
נִלְאֵ֖ית art neel-ATE בְּרֹ֣ב wearied beh-ROVE עֲצָתָ֑יִךְ in uh-tsa-TA-yeek יַעַמְדוּ the ya-am-DOO נָ֨א multitude na וְיוֹשִׁיעֻ֜ךְ of veh-yoh-shee-OOK הֹבְרֵ֣ו thy hoh-veh-RAVE שָׁמַ֗יִם counsels. sha-MA-yeem הַֽחֹזִים֙ Let ha-hoh-ZEEM בַּכּ֣וֹכָבִ֔ים now BA-koh-ha-VEEM מֽוֹדִעִים֙ the moh-dee-EEM לֶחֳדָשִׁ֔ים astrologers, leh-hoh-da-SHEEM מֵאֲשֶׁ֥ר may-uh-SHER יָבֹ֖אוּ the ya-VOH-oo עָלָֽיִךְ׃ stargazers, ah-LA-yeek -
הִנֵּ֨ה they hee-NAY הָי֤וּ shall ha-YOO כְקַשׁ֙ be heh-KAHSH אֵ֣שׁ as aysh שְׂרָפָ֔תַם stubble; seh-ra-FA-tahm לֹֽא the loh יַצִּ֥ילוּ fire ya-TSEE-loo אֶת shall et נַפְשָׁ֖ם burn nahf-SHAHM מִיַּ֣ד them; mee-YAHD לֶֽהָבָ֑ה they leh-ha-VA אֵין shall ane גַּחֶ֣לֶת not ɡa-HEH-let לַחְמָ֔ם deliver lahk-MAHM א֖וּר oor לָשֶׁ֥בֶת themselves la-SHEH-vet נֶגְדּֽוֹ׃ from neɡ-DOH -
כֵּ֥ן shall kane הָיוּ they ha-YOO לָ֖ךְ be lahk אֲשֶׁ֣ר unto uh-SHER יָגָ֑עַתְּ thee ya-ɡA-at סֹחֲרַ֣יִךְ with soh-huh-RA-yeek מִנְּעוּרַ֗יִךְ whom mee-neh-oo-RA-yeek אִ֤ישׁ thou eesh לְעֶבְרוֹ֙ hast leh-ev-ROH תָּע֔וּ laboured, ta-OO אֵ֖ין even ane מוֹשִׁיעֵֽךְ׃ thy moh-shee-AKE
