ಆದಿಕಾಂಡ 34:17
ಆದರೆ ನೀವು ನಮ್ಮ ಮಾತನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿ ಸುನ್ನತಿಮಾಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳದೆ ಹೋದರೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಮಗಳನ್ನು ನಾವು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗಿ ಬಿಡುತ್ತೇವೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

But if	וְאִם	wĕʾim	veh-EEM
ye will not	לֹ֧א	lōʾ	loh
hearken	תִשְׁמְע֛וּ	tišmĕʿû	teesh-meh-OO
unto	אֵלֵ֖ינוּ	ʾēlênû	ay-LAY-noo
us, to be circumcised;	לְהִמּ֑וֹל	lĕhimmôl	leh-HEE-mole
take we will then	וְלָקַ֥חְנוּ	wĕlāqaḥnû	veh-la-KAHK-noo
	אֶת	ʾet	et
our daughter,	בִּתֵּ֖נוּ	bittēnû	bee-TAY-noo
be will we and gone.	וְהָלָֽכְנוּ׃	wĕhālākĕnû	veh-ha-LA-heh-noo
