Genesis 26:25
ಆಗ ಅವನು ಬಲಿಪೀಠವನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿ ಕರ್ತನ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಹೇಳಿಕೊಂಡು ಅಲ್ಲಿ ತನ್ನ ಗುಡಾರ ವನ್ನು ಹಾಕಿದನು. ಆಗ ಇಸಾಕನ ಸೇವಕರು ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ಬಾವಿಯನ್ನು ಅಗಿದರು.

ನೋಹನು ಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ಬಲಿಪೀಠವನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿ ಶುದ್ಧವಾದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪಶು ಪಕ್ಷಿಗಳಿಂದಲೂ (ಕೆಲವನ್ನು) ತೆಗೆದು ಬಲಿಪೀಠದ ಮೇಲೆ ದಹನಬಲಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅರ್ಪಿಸಿದನು.
ಆದಿಕಾಂಡ 13:4
ಮೊದಲು ಅವನು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದ ಬಲಿಪೀಠದ ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೂ ಬಂದನು. ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಅಬ್ರಾಮನು ಕರ್ತನ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಹೇಳಿಕೊಂಡನು.
