Daniel 4:18
ಈ ಕನಸನ್ನು ನೆಬೂಕದ್ನೆಚ್ಚರನೆಂಬ ಅರಸನಾದ ನಾನು ಕಂಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಈಗ ಬೆಲ್ತೆಶಚ್ಚರ ನೆಂಬ ನೀನು ಅದರ ಅರ್ಥವನ್ನು ಹೇಳು. ನನ್ನ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಸಕಲ ಜ್ಞಾನಿಗಳು ಅದರ ಅರ್ಥವನ್ನು ನನಗೆ ಹೇಳಲು ಶಕ್ತರಾದವರಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೆ ನಿನ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿ ಶುದ್ಧ ದೇವರುಗಳ ಆತ್ಮವು ಇರುವದರಿಂದ ನೀನು ಹೇಳಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಯಿತು.

ಆಗ ಅರಸನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜ್ಞಾನಿಗಳು ಒಳಗೆ ಬಂದರು. ಆದರೆ ಆ ಬರಹ ವನ್ನು ಓದಲೂ ಅದರ ಅರ್ಥವನ್ನು ಅರಸನಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿ ಸಲೂ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಆಗದೆಹೋಯಿತು.
ಆದಿಕಾಂಡ 41:8
ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ ಅವನ ಆತ್ಮವು ಕಳವಳಗೊಂಡಿತು. ಆದದರಿಂದ ಅವನು ಐಗುಪ್ತದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮಂತ್ರವಾದಿ ಗಳನ್ನೂ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜ್ಞಾನಿಗಳನ್ನೂ ಕರೇಕಳುಹಿಸಿದನು. ಫರೋಹನು ಅವರಿಗೆ ತನ್ನ ಕನಸನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸಿದಾಗ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಅವುಗಳ ಅರ್ಥವನ್ನು ಹೇಳುವವರು ಯಾರೂ ಇರಲಿಲ್ಲ.
ದಾನಿಯೇಲನು 4:7
ಆಗ ಮಂತ್ರಗಾರರು, ಜೋತಿಷ್ಯರು, ಕಸ್ದೀಯರು, ಶಕುನಗಾರರು ಒಳಗೆ ಬಂದರು; ನಾನು ಕನಸನ್ನು ಅವರಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆನು; ಆದರೆ ಅವರು ಅದರ ಅರ್ಥವನ್ನು ನನಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ.
ಆದಿಕಾಂಡ 41:15
ಆಗ ಫರೋಹನು ಯೋಸೇಫನಿಗೆ--ನಾನು ಒಂದು ಕನಸನ್ನು ಕಂಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ; ಅದರ ಅರ್ಥವನ್ನು ಹೇಳುವವರು ಯಾರೂ ಇಲ್ಲ. ನೀನು ಕನಸನ್ನು ಗ್ರಹಿಸಿ ಅದರ ಅರ್ಥವನ್ನು ಹೇಳುತ್ತೀ ಎಂದು ನಿನ್ನ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿ ನಾನು ಕೇಳಿದ್ದೇನೆ ಅಂದನು.

ನಿಶ್ಚಯ ವಾಗಿ ತನ್ನ ಸೇವಕರಾದ ಪ್ರವಾದಿಗಳಿಗೆ ತನ್ನ ಮರ್ಮ ವನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸದೆ ಕರ್ತನಾದ ದೇವರು ಏನನ್ನೂ ಮಾಡು ವದಿಲ್ಲ.

ಆಗ ಅರಸನು ಬೇಲ್ತೆಶಚ್ಚರ ನೆಂಬ ದಾನಿಯೇಲನನ್ನು ಕುರಿತು--ನಾನು ಕಂಡ ಕನಸನ್ನೂ ಅದರ ಅರ್ಥವನ್ನೂ ನನಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸುವ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯವು ನಿನಗಿದೆಯೋ ಅಂದನು.

ಅವರು ಮತ್ತೆ ಉತ್ತರವಾಗಿ--ಅರಸನು ತನ್ನ ಸೇವಕರಿಗೆ ಕನಸನ್ನು ಮೊದಲು ಹೇಳಲಿ, ಆಗ ಅದರ ಅರ್ಥವನ್ನು ನಾವು ತಿಳಿಸುವೆವು ಅಂದರು.
