Proverbs 5:13
ನನ್ನ ಬೋಧ ಕರ ಸ್ವರಕ್ಕೆ ನಾನು ವಿಧೇಯನಾಗದೆ ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ ನಾನು ಕಿವಿಗೊಡದೆ ಹೋದೆನು.

ಸಹೋದರರೇ, ಯಾರು ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಯಾಸಪಟ್ಟು ಕರ್ತನ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮೇಲೆ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರಾಗಿದ್ದು ನಿಮಗೆ ಬುದ್ಧಿಹೇಳುತ್ತಾರೋ ಅವರನ್ನು ಲಕ್ಷಿಸಿರಿ.

ನಿಮಗೆ ದೇವರ ವಾಕ್ಯವನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಾಯಕರನ್ನು ಜ್ಞಾಪಕಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿರಿ; ಅವರು ಅಂತ್ಯದ ವರೆಗೆ ಯಾವ ರೀತಿಯಿಂದ ನಡೆದುಕೊಂಡರೆಂದು ಆಲೋಚಿಸಿರಿ; ಅವರ ನಂಬಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಅನುಸರಿಸಿರಿ.
