ಆಗ ಅವನು ಅವರ ಕಡೆಯಿಂದ ಹೊರಟುಹೋಗಿ ಅತ್ತು ಮತ್ತೆ ಅವರ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬಂದು ಅವರ ಸಂಗಡ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿಮೆಯೋನನನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿಸಿ ಅವರ ಕಣ್ಣೆದುರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಬಂಧಿಸಿ ಸೆರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಕಿಸಿದನು..

ಸರ್ವಶಕ್ತನಾದ ದೇವರು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಬೇರೆ ಸಹೋದರ ನನ್ನೂ ಬೆನ್ಯಾವಿಾನನನ್ನೂ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿ ಕೊಡುವಹಾಗೆ ಆ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮೇಲೆ ಕರುಣೆ ತೋರಿಸುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಲಿ. ನಾನಂತೂ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಕಳಕೊಂಡವನಾಗಿರಬೇಕಾದರೆ ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಆಗಲಿ ಅಂದನು.
