2 Timothy 4
9 ನನ್ನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬೇಗ ಬರುವದಕ್ಕೆ ನೀನು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ ಮಾಡು;
10 ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ದೇಮನು ಇಹಲೋಕವನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸಿ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ತೊರೆದುಬಿಟ್ಟು ಥೆಸಲೋನಿಕಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋದನು; ಕ್ರೆಸ್ಕನು ಗಲಾತ್ಯಕ್ಕೂ ತೀತನು ದಲ್ಮಾತ್ಯಕ್ಕೂ ಹೋದರು;
11 ಲೂಕನು ಮಾತ್ರ ನನ್ನ ಜೊತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ದ್ದಾನೆ. ಮಾರ್ಕನನ್ನು ಸಂಗಡ ಕರಕೊಂಡು ಬಾ, ಅವನು ಸೇವೆಗಾಗಿ ನನಗೆ ಉಪಯುಕ್ತನಾಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ.
12 ತುಖಿಕನನ್ನು ಎಫೆಸಕ್ಕೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದೆನು.
13 ತ್ರೋವ ದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ಕರ್ಪನ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಟ್ಟುಬಂದ ಮೇಲಂಗಿ ಯನ್ನೂ ಪುಸ್ತಕಗಳನ್ನೂ ಮುಖ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಚರ್ಮದ ಕಾಗದ ಗಳನ್ನೂ ನೀನು ಬರುವಾಗ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಬಾ.
14 ಕಂಚುಗಾರನಾದ ಅಲೆಕ್ಸಾಂದ್ರನು ನನಗೆ ಬಹಳ ಕೇಡುಮಾಡಿದನು; ಕರ್ತನು ಅವನ ಕೃತ್ಯಗಳಿಗೆ ಸರಿ ಯಾಗಿ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿಫಲವನ್ನು ಕೊಡುವನು.
15 ನೀನು ಸಹ ಅವನ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆಯಾಗಿರು; ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಅವನು ನಮ್ಮ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಬಹಳ ವಾಗಿ ಎದುರಿಸಿದನು.
16 ನಾನು ಮೊದಲನೆಯ ಸಾರಿ ಪ್ರತಿವಾದ ಮಾಡಿದಾಗ ಯಾರೂ ನನ್ನೊಂದಿಗೆ ನಿಲ್ಲಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ತೊರೆದುಬಿಟ್ಟರು; ಇದು ಅವರ ಲೆಕ್ಕಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರಿಸಲ್ಪಡದೆ ಇರಲಿ ಎಂದು ನಾನು ದೇವರನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ.
17 ಆದರೆ ಕರ್ತನು ನನ್ನ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಂತು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಬಲಪಡಿಸಿ ನನ್ನ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಾರಲ್ಪಡುವದು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಗ್ರಹಿಕೆ ಯಾಗುವಂತೆಯೂ ಅನ್ಯಜನರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಅದನ್ನು ಕೇಳುವಂತೆಯೂ ಮಾಡಿದನು; ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಆತನು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಸಿಂಹದ ಬಾಯೊಳಗಿಂದ ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿದನು.
18 ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ದುಷ್ಕೃತ್ಯದಿಂದ ಕರ್ತನು ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿ ತನ್ನ ಪರಲೋಕರಾಜ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡು ವನು. ಯುಗಯುಗಾಂತರಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಆತನಿಗೆ ಮಹಿಮೆ. ಆಮೆನ್.

10 For Demas hath forsaken me, having loved this present world, and is departed unto Thessalonica; Crescens to Galatia, Titus unto Dalmatia.
11 Only Luke is with me. Take Mark, and bring him with thee: for he is profitable to me for the ministry.
12 And Tychicus have I sent to Ephesus.
13 The cloak that I left at Troas with Carpus, when thou comest, bring with thee, and the books, but especially the parchments.
14 Alexander the coppersmith did me much evil: the Lord reward him according to his works:
15 Of whom be thou ware also; for he hath greatly withstood our words.
16 At my first answer no man stood with me, but all men forsook me: I pray God that it may not be laid to their charge.
17 Notwithstanding the Lord stood with me, and strengthened me; that by me the preaching might be fully known, and that all the Gentiles might hear: and I was delivered out of the mouth of the lion.
18 And the Lord shall deliver me from every evil work, and will preserve me unto his heavenly kingdom: to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.

16 ನಾನು ಮೊದಲನೆಯ ಸಾರಿ ಪ್ರತಿವಾದ ಮಾಡಿದಾಗ ಯಾರೂ ನನ್ನೊಂದಿಗೆ ನಿಲ್ಲಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ತೊರೆದುಬಿಟ್ಟರು; ಇದು ಅವರ ಲೆಕ್ಕಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರಿಸಲ್ಪಡದೆ ಇರಲಿ ಎಂದು ನಾನು ದೇವರನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ.

Notwithstanding the Lord stood with me, and strengthened me; that by me the preaching might be fully known, and that all the Gentiles might hear: and I was delivered out of the mouth of the lion.
18 ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ದುಷ್ಕೃತ್ಯದಿಂದ ಕರ್ತನು ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿ ತನ್ನ ಪರಲೋಕರಾಜ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡು ವನು. ಯುಗಯುಗಾಂತರಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಆತನಿಗೆ ಮಹಿಮೆ. ಆಮೆನ್.
And the Lord shall deliver me from every evil work, and will preserve me unto his heavenly kingdom: to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.
