2 Samuel 13:9
ಆದರೆ ಅಮ್ನೋನನು--ನಾನು ಉಣ್ಣುವದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿ ನನ್ನ ಬಳಿಯಿಂದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜನರನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಿಬಿಡಿರಿ ಅಂದನು. ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಅವನನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಹೊರಗೆ ಹೋದರು.

ತಾನು ಗಿಲ್ಗಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಕಲ್ಲುಗುಣಿಯ ಸ್ಥಳದಿಂದ ಹಿಂದಕ್ಕೆ ತಿರುಗಿ ಅವನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬಂದು--ಓ ಅರಸೇ, ನಿನಗೆ ಹೇಳತಕ್ಕ ರಹಸ್ಯವಾದ ಒಂದು ಮಾತು ಅದೆ ಅಂದನು. ಅವನು--ಸುಮ್ಮನಿರ್ರಿ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದಾಗ ಅವನ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಂತವರೆಲ್ಲರು ಅವನನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಹೊರಗೆಹೋದರು.

ಕೆಟ್ಟದ್ದನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವ ಪ್ರತಿ ಯೊಬ್ಬನು ತನ್ನ ಕೃತ್ಯಗಳು ಖಂಡಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಾವೆಂದು ಬೆಳಕನ್ನು ಹಗೆಮಾಡುತ್ತಾನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಬೆಳಕಿಗೆ ಬರುವದಿಲ್ಲ.
