ಅವನು ತನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯಾದ ದಾವೀದನ ಕ್ರಮದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಅವರ ಸೇವೆಗೆ ಯಾಜಕರ ಸರದಿ ಗಳನ್ನೂ ಪ್ರತಿ ದಿವಸಕ್ಕೆ ಬೇಕಾದ ಕಾರ್ಯದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಯಾಜಕರ ಮುಂದೆ ಸ್ತುತಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೂ ಸೇವೆಮಾಡು ವದಕ್ಕೂ ತಮ್ಮ ವಿಚಾರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಲೇವಿಯರನ್ನೂ ಸೇವೆಯ ಬಾಗಲಲ್ಲಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಸರದಿಗಳಾಗಿ ದ್ವಾರಪಾಲಕರನ್ನೂ ನೇಮಿಸಿದನು. ದೇವರ ಮನುಷ್ಯನಾದ ದಾವೀದನು ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ನೇಮಿಸಿದ್ದನು.
