ಆದರೆ ಬೇತ್ಷೆ ಮೆಷಿನ ಜನರು ಕರ್ತನ ಮಂಜೂಷದಲ್ಲಿ ನೋಡಿದ್ದ ರಿಂದ ಕರ್ತನು ಅವರೊಳಗೆ ಐವತ್ತು ಸಾವಿರದ ಎಪ್ಪತ್ತು ಮಂದಿಯನ್ನು ಸಾಯಿಸಿದನು.
