ದಾವೀದನು ಅಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಹೊರಟು ಮೋವಾಬ್‌ ದೇಶದ ಮಿಚ್ಪೆಗೆ ಬಂದು ಮೋವಾಬಿನ ಅರಸನಿಗೆದೇವರು ನನಗೆ ಏನು ಮಾಡುವನೋ ಎಂದು ನಾನು ತಿಳಿಯುವವರೆಗೂ ನನ್ನ ತಂದೆ ತಾಯಿಗಳು ಹೊರಟು ಬಂದು ನಿನ್ನ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಿಸಲಿ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ಮೋವಾಬಿನ ಅರಸನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಕರತಂದು ಬಿಟ್ಟನು.
