1 Samuel 18:23
ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಸೌಲನ ಸೇವಕರು ಈ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ದಾವೀದನ ಕಿವಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಆದರೆ ದಾವೀದನು--ನಾನು ದರಿದ್ರನೂ ಅಲ್ಪನಾಗಿ ಎಣಿಸಲ್ಪ ಟ್ಟವನೂ ಆಗಿರುವಾಗ ನಾನು ಅರಸನಿಗೆ ಅಳಿಯ ನಾಗುವದು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳಿಗೆ ಅಲ್ಪವಾಗಿ ಕಾಣು ತ್ತದೆಯೋ ಅಂದನು.
