ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಅವನು--ಸೈನ್ಯಗಳ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ ನಾನು ಮಹಾ ರೋಷವು ಳ್ಳವನಾಗಿದ್ದೆನು; ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ನಿನ್ನ ಒಡಂಬಡಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ನಿನ್ನ ಬಲಿಪೀಠಗಳನ್ನು ಕೆಡವಿ ನಿನ್ನ ಪ್ರವಾದಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕತ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ಕೊಂದು ಹಾಕಿದ್ದಾರೆ; ನಾನೊಬ್ಬನೇ ಉಳಿದಿದ್ದೇನೆ; ಅವರು ನನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾಣವನ್ನು ತೆಗೆಯಲು ಹುಡುಕುತ್ತಾರೆ ಅಂದನು.
