ಅವನು ಆ ಸಾವಿರದ ನೂರು ರೂಪಾಯಿಗಳಷ್ಟು ಬೆಳ್ಳಿಯನ್ನು ತನ್ನ ತಾಯಿಗೆ ತಿರಿಗಿ ಕೊಟ್ಟಾಗ ಅವನ ತಾಯಿ--ನನ್ನ ಮಗನ ನಿಮಿತ್ತ ಕೆತ್ತಿದ ವಿಗ್ರಹವನ್ನೂ ಎರಕದ ವಿಗ್ರಹವನ್ನೂ ಮಾಡುವದಕ್ಕೆ ನಾನು ನನ್ನ ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಈ ಬೆಳ್ಳಿಯನ್ನು ಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಿಸಿದೆನು; ಆದದರಿಂದ ನಾನು ಅದನ್ನು ನಿನಗೆ ತಿರಿಗಿ ಕೊಡುವೆನು ಅಂದಳು.
