John 12 - BBE (Kannada)

1 Then, six days before the Passover, Jesus came to Bethany where Lazarus was, whom Jesus had made to come back from the dead.ಇದಾದ ಮೇಲೆ ಪಸ್ಕಕ್ಕೆ ಆರು ದಿನಗಳ ಮುಂಚೆ ಸತ್ತವರೊಳಗಿಂದ ಎಬ್ಬಿಸಿದ ಲಾಜರನು ಇದ್ದ ಬೇಥಾನ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಯೇಸು ಬಂದನು.

2 So they made him a meal there, and he was waited on by Martha, and Lazarus was among those who were seated with him at table.ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ಆತನಿಗಾಗಿ ಔತಣವನ್ನು ಸಿದ್ಧ ಮಾಡಿದರು; ಮಾರ್ಥಳು ಉಪಚಾರ ಮಾಡಿದಳು. ಆತನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಊಟಕ್ಕೆ ಕೂತವರಲ್ಲಿ ಲಾಜರನೂ ಒಬ್ಬನಾಗಿದ್ದನು.

3 Then Mary, taking a pound of perfumed oil of great value, put it on the feet of Jesus and made them dry with her hair: and the house became full of the smell of the perfume.ಆಗ ಮರಿಯಳು ಬಹು ಬೆಲೆಯುಳ್ಳ ಅಚ್ಚ ಜಟಾಮಾಂಸಿ ತೈಲವನ್ನು ಒಂದು ಸೇರಷ್ಟು ತಂದು ಯೇಸುವಿನ ಪಾದಕ್ಕೆ ಹಚ್ಚಿ ತನ್ನ ತಲೆಯ ಕೂದಲಿನಿಂದ ಆತನ ಪಾದಗಳನ್ನು ಒರಸಿದಳು; ಆ ತೈಲದ ಪರಿ ಮಳವು ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತುಂಬಿಕೊಂಡಿತ್ತು.

4 But one of his disciples, Judas Iscariot (who was to give him up), said,ಆಗ ಆತನ ಶಿಷ್ಯರಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬನು ಅಂದರೆ ಆತನನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿದು ಕೊಡುವದಕ್ಕಿದ್ದ ಸೀಮೋನನ ಮಗನಾದ ಯೂದ ಇಸ್ಕರಿಯೋತನು--

5 Why was not this perfume traded for three hundred pence, and the money given to the poor?ಈ ತೈಲವನ್ನು ಯಾಕೆ ಮುನ್ನೂರು ನಾಣ್ಯಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಾರಿ ಬಡವರಿಗೆ ಕೊಡಲಿಲ್ಲ ಅಂದನು.

6 (He said this, not because he had any love for the poor; but because he was a thief, and, having the money-bag, took for himself what was put into it.)ಅವನು ಬಡವರಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಚಿಂತಿಸಿದ್ದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಅಲ್ಲ , ಅವನು ಕಳ್ಳನಾಗಿದ್ದು ಹಣದ ಚೀಲವನ್ನು ಇಟ್ಟು ಕೊಂಡು ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಕಿದ್ದನ್ನು ತಕ್ಕೊಳ್ಳುವವನಾಗಿದ್ದ ದರಿಂದಲೇ ಇದನ್ನು ಹೇಳಿದನು.

7 Then Jesus said, Let her be. Let her keep what she has for the day of my death.ಆಗ ಯೇಸು--ಈಕೆಯನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟುಬಿಡಿರಿ; ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಹೂಣಿಡುವ ದಿವಸಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಈಕೆಯು ಇದನ್ನು ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾಳೆ.

8 The poor you have ever with you, but me you have not for ever.ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಬಡವರು ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುತ್ತಾರೆ; ಆದರೆ ನಾನು ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವದಿಲ್ಲ ಅಂದನು.

9 Then a great number of the Jews had news that he was there: and they came, not only because of Jesus, but so that they might see Lazarus who had been dead and to whom he had given life.ಆದಕಾರಣ ಯೇಸು ಅಲ್ಲಿದ್ದಾನೆಂದು ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯ ರಲ್ಲಿ ಬಹಳ ಜನರು ತಿಳಿದು ಆತನನ್ನು ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲದೆ ಆತನು ಸತ್ತವರೊಳಗಿಂದ ಎಬ್ಬಿಸಿದ ಲಾಜರನನ್ನೂ ನೋಡುವದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಬಂದರು.

10 Now there was talk among the chief priests of putting Lazarus to death;ಆದರೆ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಯಾಜಕರು ಲಾಜರನನ್ನು ಸಹ ಕೊಲ್ಲಬೇಕೆಂದು ಆಲೋಚನೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡರು.

11 For because of him a great number of the Jews went away and had belief in Jesus.ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಅವನ ನಿಮಿತ್ತ ಅನೇಕ ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯರು ಹೋಗಿ ಯೇಸುವಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಂಬಿಕೆಯಿಟ್ಟರು.

12 The day after, a great number of people who were there for the feast, when they had the news that Jesus was coming to Jerusalem,ಮರುದಿನ ಹಬ್ಬಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದ ಬಹಳ ಜನರು ಯೇಸು ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿಗೆ ಬರುತ್ತಾನೆಂದು ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ

13 Took branches of palm-trees and went out to him, crying, A blessing on him who comes in the name of the Lord, the King of Israel!ಖರ್ಜೂರದ ಗರಿಗಳನ್ನು ತಕ್ಕೊಂಡು ಆತನನ್ನು ಎದುರುಗೊಳ್ಳುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಹೊರಗೆ ಬಂದು--ಹೊಸನ್ನ, ಕರ್ತನ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಬರುವ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಅರಸನು ಆಶೀರ್ವದಿಸಲ್ಪಡಲಿ ಎಂದು ಕೂಗಿದರು.

14 And Jesus saw a young ass and took his seat on it; as the Writings say,ಯೇಸು ಪ್ರಾಯದ ಕತ್ತೆಯನ್ನು ಕಂಡುಕೊಂಡು ಅದರ ಮೇಲೆ ಕೂತುಕೊಂಡನು;

15 Have no fear, daughter of Zion: see your King is coming, seated on a young ass.ಹೀಗೆ--ಚೀಯೋನ್‌ಕುಮಾ ರಿಯೇ, ಭಯಪಡಬೇಡ; ಇಗೋ, ನಿನ್ನ ಅರಸನು ಪ್ರಾಯದ ಕತ್ತೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಕೂತುಕೊಂಡು ಬರುತ್ತಾನೆ ಎಂದು ಬರೆದಿರುವ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ನೆರವೇರಿತು.

16 (These things were not clear to his disciples at first: but when Jesus had been lifted up into his glory, then it came to their minds that these things in the Writings were about him and that they had been done to him.)ಇವು ಗಳನ್ನು ಆತನ ಶಿಷ್ಯರು ಮೊದಲು ತಿಳಿದಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ; ಆದರೆ ಯೇಸು ಮಹಿಮೆ ಹೊಂದಿದಾಗ ಇವು ಆತನ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿ ಬರೆಯಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿವೆಯೆಂದೂ ಇವುಗಳನ್ನು ಅವರು ಆತನಿಗೆ ಮಾಡಿದರೆಂದೂ ಜ್ಞಾಪಕಮಾಡಿ ಕೊಂಡರು.

17 Now the people who were with him when his voice came to Lazarus in the place of the dead, and gave him life again, had been talking about it.ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಆತನು ಲಾಜರನನ್ನು ಸಮಾ ಧಿಯೊಳಗಿಂದ ಕರೆದು ಅವನನ್ನು ಸತ್ತವರೊಳಗಿಂದ ಎಬ್ಬಿಸಿದಾಗ ಆತನ ಸಂಗಡ ಇದ್ದ ಜನರು ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು.

18 And that was the reason the people went out to him, because it had come to their ears that he had done this sign.ಆತನು ಈ ಅದ್ಭುತಕಾರ್ಯವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದನೆಂದು ಕೇಳಿದ ಜನರು ಸಹ ಆತನನ್ನು ಎದುರುಗೊಂಡರು.

19 Then the Pharisees said one to another, You see, you are unable to do anything: the world has gone after him.ಆದದರಿಂದ ಫರಿಸಾಯರು ತಮ್ಮತಮ್ಮೊಳಗೆ--ನಿಮ್ಮ ಯತ್ನವೇನೂ ಸಾಗಲಿಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ನೀವು ತಿಳಿಯುವದಿಲ್ಲವೋ? ಇಗೋ, ಲೋಕವು ಆತನ ಹಿಂದೆ ಹೋಯಿತು ಎಂದು ಅಂದುಕೊಂಡರು.

20 Now there were some Greeks among the people who had come up to give worship at the feast:ಹಬ್ಬದಲ್ಲಿ ಆರಾಧಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದವರಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲ ವರು ಗ್ರೀಕರಿದ್ದರು.

21 They came to Philip, who was of Beth-saida in Galilee, and made a request, saying, Sir, we have a desire to see Jesus.ಇವರು ಗಲಿಲಾಯ ಬೇತ್ಸಾಯಿದವನಾದ ಫಿಲಿಪ್ಪನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬಂದು--ಅಯ್ಯಾ, ನಾವು ಯೇಸುವನ್ನು ನೋಡಬೇಕೆಂದಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಅಂದರು.

22 Philip went and gave word of it to Andrew; and Andrew went with Philip to Jesus.ಫಿಲಿಪ್ಪನು ಬಂದು ಅಂದ್ರೆಯನಿಗೆ ಹೇಳಿ ದನು; ಅಂದ್ರೆಯನೂ ಫಿಲಿಪ್ಪನೂ ತಿರಿಗಿ ಯೇಸುವಿಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದರು.

23 And Jesus said to them in answer, The hour of the glory of the Son of man has come.ಯೇಸು ಪ್ರತ್ಯುತ್ತರವಾಗಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ--ಮನುಷ್ಯಕುಮಾರನು ಮಹಿಮೆ ಹೊಂದುವ ಗಳಿಗೆ ಬಂದದೆ.

24 Truly I say to you, If a seed of grain does not go into the earth and come to an end, it is still a seed and no more; but through its death it gives much fruit.ನಾನು ನಿಮಗೆ ನಿಜನಿಜವಾಗಿ ಹೇಳು ತ್ತೇನೆ--ಗೋದಿಯ ಕಾಳು ಭೂಮಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿದ್ದು ಸಾಯ ದಿದ್ದರೆ ಅದು ಒಂದೇ ಆಗಿ ಉಳಿಯುವದು; ಅದು ಸತ್ತಮೇಲೆ ಬಹಳ ಫಲಕೊಡುವದು.

25 He who is in love with life will have it taken from him; and he who has no care for his life in this world will keep it for ever and ever.ತನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾಣ ವನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸುವವನು ಅದನ್ನು ಕಳಕೊಳ್ಳುವನು; ಈ ಲೋಕದಲ್ಲಿ ತನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾಣವನ್ನು ಹಗೆಮಾಡುವವನು ನಿತ್ಯಜೀವಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಅದನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವನು.

26 If any man is my servant, let him come after me; and where I am, there will my servant be. If any man becomes my servant, my Father will give him honour.ಯಾವನಾದರೂ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಸೇವಿಸುವವನಾದರೆ ಅವನು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಹಿಂಬಾಲಿಸಲಿ; ನಾನು ಇರುವಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ನನ್ನ ಸೇವಕನೂ ಇರುವನು; ಯಾವನಾದರೂ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಸೇವಿಸುವವನಾದರೆ ನನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯು ಅವನನ್ನು ಸನ್ಮಾನಿಸುವನು.

27 Now is my soul troubled; and what am I to say? Father, keep me from this hour. No: for this purpose have I come to this hour.ಈಗ ನನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾಣವು ತತ್ತರಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ನಾನು ಏನು ಹೇಳಲಿ? ತಂದೆಯೇ, ಈ ಗಳಿಗೆಯಿಂದ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ತಪ್ಪಿಸು; ಆದರೆ ಇದಕ್ಕಾಗಿಯೇ ನಾನು ಈ ಗಳಿಗೆಗೆ ಬಂದೆನು.

28 Father, give glory to your name. Then there came a voice out of heaven, saying, I have given it glory, and I will give it glory again.ತಂದೆಯೇ, ನಿನ್ನ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಮಹಿಮೆಪಡಿಸಿಕೋ ಅಂದನು. ಆಗ--ನಾನು ಮಹಿ ಮೆಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ, ತಿರಿಗಿ ಅದನ್ನು ಮಹಿಮೆಪಡಿಸುವೆನು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುವ ಧ್ವನಿಯು ಪರಲೋಕದಿಂದ ಬಂತು.

29 Hearing the sound, a number of people who were there said that it was thunder: others said, An angel was talking to him.ಆಗ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಂತಿದ್ದ ಜನರು ಅದನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿ--ಗುಡುಗಿತು ಅಂದರು. ಬೇರೆಯವರು--ದೂತ ನೊಬ್ಬನು ಈತನ ಸಂಗಡ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದನು ಅಂದರು.

30 Jesus said in answer, This voice came not for me but for you.ಯೇಸು ಪ್ರತ್ಯುತ್ತರವಾಗಿ--ಈ ಧ್ವನಿಯು ನನಗೋ ಸ್ಕರವಲ್ಲ, ನಿಮಗೋಸ್ಕರವೇ ಬಂದಿದೆ.

31 Now is this world to be judged: now will the ruler of this world be sent out.ಈಗ ಈ ಲೋಕಕ್ಕೆ ನ್ಯಾಯತೀರ್ಪು ಆಗುತ್ತದೆ; ಇಹಲೋಕದ ಅಧಿಪತಿಯು ಈಗ ಹೊರಗೆ ಹಾಕಲ್ಪಡುವನು.

32 And I, if I am lifted up from the earth, will make all men come to me.ನಾನು ಭೂಮಿಯಿಂದ ಮೇಲಕ್ಕೆ ಎತ್ತಲ್ಪಟ್ಟರೆ ಎಲ್ಲ ರನ್ನೂ ನನ್ನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಎಳಕೊಳ್ಳುವೆನು ಅಂದನು.

33 (This he said, pointing to the sort of death he would have.)ತಾನು ಎಂಥಾ ಮರಣದಿಂದ ಸಾಯಬೇಕಾಗಿತ್ತೆಂದು ಸೂಚಿಸಿ ಇದನ್ನು ಹೇಳಿದನು.

34 Then the people in answer said to him, The law says that the Christ will have life without end: how say you then that it is necessary for the Son of man to be lifted up? Who is this Son of man?ಜನರು ಆತ ನಿಗೆ--ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನು ಸದಾಕಾಲವೂ ಇರುತ್ತಾನೆಂದು ನಾವು ನ್ಯಾಯಪ್ರಮಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೇಳಿದ್ದೇವೆ; ಹಾಗಾದರೆ ಮನುಷ್ಯಕುಮಾರನು ಎತ್ತಲ್ಪಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ನೀನು ಹೇಳುವದು ಹೇಗೆ? ಈ ಮನುಷ್ಯಕುಮಾರನು ಯಾರು ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದರು.

35 Jesus said to them, For a little time longer the light will be among you; while you have the light go on walking in it, so that the dark may not overtake you: one walking in the dark has no knowledge of where he is going.ಆಗ ಯೇಸು ಅವ ರಿಗೆ--ಇನ್ನು ಸ್ವಲ್ಪಕಾಲವೇ ಬೆಳಕು ನಿಮ್ಮೊಂದಿಗೆ ಇರು ತ್ತದೆ. ಕತ್ತಲೆ ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಮುಸುಕಿಕೊಳ್ಳದಂತೆ ನಿಮಗೆ ಬೆಳಕಿರುವಾಗಲೇ ನಡೆಯಿರಿ; ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಕತ್ತಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯುವವನು ತಾನು ಎಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಹೋಗುತ್ತಾನೆಂದು ತಿಳಿಯನು.

36 In so far as you have the light, put your faith in the light so that you may become sons of light. With these words Jesus went away and for a time was not seen again by them.ನೀವು ಬೆಳಕಿನ ಮಕ್ಕಳಾಗುವಂತೆ ನಿಮಗೆ ಬೆಳಕು ಇರುವಾಗಲೇ ಬೆಳಕನ್ನು ನಂಬಿರಿ ಅಂದನು. ಯೇಸು ಇವುಗಳನ್ನು ಹೇಳಿದ ಮೇಲೆ ಹೊರಟುಹೋಗಿ ಅವರಿಂದ ಅಡಗಿಕೊಂಡನು.

37 But though he had done such a number of signs before them, they still had no belief in him:ಆದರೆ ಆತನು ಅನೇಕ ಅದ್ಭುತಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಅವರ ಮುಂದೆ ಮಾಡಿದಾಗ್ಯೂ ಅವರು ಆತನನ್ನು ನಂಬಲಿಲ್ಲ.

38 So that the words of the prophet Isaiah might come true, when he said, Lord, who has any belief in our preaching? and the arm of the Lord, to whom has it been unveiled?ಇದರಿಂದ--ಕರ್ತನೇ, ನಮ್ಮ ವರ್ತ ಮಾನವನ್ನು ಯಾರು ನಂಬಿದ್ದಾರೆ? ಕರ್ತನ ಬಾಹುವು ಯಾರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಕಟವಾಯಿತು ಎಂದು ಪ್ರವಾದಿಯಾದ ಯೆಶಾಯನು ನುಡಿದದ್ದು ನೆರವೇರುವ ಹಾಗೆ ಇದಾಯಿತು.

39 For this reason they were unable to have belief, because Isaiah said again,ಅವರು ನಂಬಲಾರದೆ ಇದ್ದದರಿಂದ ಯೆಶಾಯನು ತಿರಿಗಿ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನಂದರೆ--

40 He has made their eyes blind, and their hearts hard; for fear that they might see with their eyes and get knowledge with their hearts, and be changed, and I might make them well.ಅವರು ಕಣ್ಣಿನಿಂದ ಕಾಣದೆ ಹೃದಯದಿಂದ ಗ್ರಹಿಸದೆ ಮತ್ತು ತಿರುಗಿಕೊಂಡು ನನ್ನಿಂದ ಸ್ವಸ್ಥತೆಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದದೆ ಇರುವಂತೆ ಆತನು ಅವರ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳನ್ನು ಕುರುಡು ಮಾಡಿ ಅವರ ಹೃದಯವನ್ನು ಕಠಿಣ ಮಾಡಿದನು ಎಂಬದು.

41 (Isaiah said these words because he saw his glory. His words were about him.)ಯೆಶಾಯನು ಆತನ ಮಹಿಮೆಯನ್ನು ನೋಡಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ಆತನ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿ ಇವುಗಳನ್ನು ಹೇಳಿದನು.

42 However, a number even of the rulers had belief in him, but because of the Pharisees they did not say so openly for fear that they might be shut out from the Synagogue:ಆದಾಗ್ಯೂ ಮುಖ್ಯಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅನೇಕರು ಆತನ ಮೇಲೆ ನಂಬಿಕೆಯಿಟ್ಟರು. ಆದರೆ ಫರಿಸಾಯರ ನಿಮಿತ್ತ ತಾವು ಸಭಾಮಂದಿರದಿಂದ ಬಹಿಷ್ಕರಿಸಲ್ಪಡಬಾರದೆಂದು ಅವರು ಆತನನ್ನು ಒಪ್ಪಿ ಕೊಳ್ಳಲಿಲ್ಲ.

43 For the praise of men was dearer to them than the approval of God.ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಅವರು ದೇವರ ಹೊಗಳಿ ಕೆಗಿಂತ ಮನುಷ್ಯರ ಹೊಗಳಿಕೆಯನ್ನೇ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ಪ್ರೀತಿಸಿದರು.

44 Then Jesus said with a loud voice, He who has faith in me, has faith not in me, but in him who sent me.ಆಗ ಯೇಸು--ನನ್ನನ್ನು ನಂಬುವವನು ನನ್ನನ್ನಲ್ಲ. ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟಾತನನ್ನೇ ನಂಬಿದ್ದಾನೆ.

45 And he who sees me, sees him who sent me.ನನ್ನನ್ನು ನೋಡುವವನು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟಾತನನ್ನೇ ನೋಡುತ್ತಾನೆ.

46 I have come as a light into the world, so that no one who has faith in me will go on living in the dark.ನನ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಂಬಿಕೆಯಿಟ್ಟ ಯಾವನೂ ಕತ್ತಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇರಬಾರದೆಂದು ನಾನು ಬೆಳಕಾಗಿ ಲೋಕಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದಿದ್ದೇನೆ.

47 And if any man gives ear to my words and does not keep them, I am not his judge: I did not come to be judge of the world but to give salvation to the world.ಯಾವನಾದರೂ ನನ್ನ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿ ನಂಬದೆಹೋದರೆ ನಾನು ಅವ ನಿಗೆ ತೀರ್ಪು ಮಾಡುವದಿಲ್ಲ; ಲೋಕಕ್ಕೆ ತೀರ್ಪು ಮಾಡುವದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಅಲ್ಲ, ಲೋಕವನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸುವದ ಕ್ಕಾಗಿಯೇ ನಾನು ಬಂದೆನು.

48 He who puts me on one side and does not take my words to heart, is not without a judge: the word which I have said will be his judge on the last day.ನನ್ನನ್ನು ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸಿ ನನ್ನ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಅಂಗೀಕರಿಸದಿರುವವನಿಗೆ ತೀರ್ಪು ಮಾಡುವಂಥದು ಒಂದು ಇದೆ; ಅದು ನಾನು ಹೇಳಿದ ಮಾತೇ; ಅದು ಕಡೇ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವನಿಗೆ ತೀರ್ಪು ಮಾಡುವದು.

49 For I have not said it on my authority, but the Father who sent me gave me orders what to say and how to say it.ನನ್ನಷ್ಟಕ್ಕೆ ನಾನೇ ಮಾತನಾಡಲಿಲ್ಲ; ಆದರೆ ನಾನು ಏನು ಹೇಳಬೇಕು ಮತ್ತು ನಾನು ಏನು ಮಾತನಾಡಬೇಕೆಂಬದನ್ನು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದ ತಂದೆಯೇ ನನಗೆ ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿದ್ದಾನೆ.

50 And I have knowledge that his order is eternal life: so that the things which I say, I say them even as the Father says them to me.ಆತನ ಆಜ್ಞೆಯು ನಿತ್ಯಜೀವವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ನಾನು ಬಲ್ಲೆನು; ಆದದರಿಂದ ನಾನು ಮಾತನಾಡುವವುಗಳನ್ನು ತಂದೆಯು ನನಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದಂತೆಯೇ ನಾನು ಮಾತನಾಡು ತ್ತೇನೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.
