וַיְהִ֣י׀ it vai-HEE בַּחֹ֣דֶשׁ came ba-HOH-desh הַשְּׁבִיעִ֗י to ha-sheh-vee-EE בָּ֣א pass ba יִשְׁמָעֵ֣אל in yeesh-ma-ALE בֶּן the ben נְתַנְיָ֣ה seventh neh-tahn-YA בֶן month, ven אֱלִישָׁמָ֣ע that ay-lee-sha-MA מִזֶּ֣רַע Ishmael mee-ZEH-ra הַ֠מְּלוּכָה the HA-meh-loo-ha וְרַבֵּ֨י son veh-ra-BAY הַמֶּ֜לֶךְ of ha-MEH-lek וַעֲשָׂרָ֨ה Nethaniah va-uh-sa-RA אֲנָשִׁ֥ים the uh-na-SHEEM אִתּ֛וֹ son EE-toh אֶל of el גְּדַלְיָ֥הוּ Elishama, ɡeh-dahl-YA-hoo בֶן of ven אֲחִיקָ֖ם the uh-hee-KAHM הַמִּצְפָּ֑תָה seed ha-meets-PA-ta וַיֹּ֨אכְלוּ royal, va-YOH-heh-loo שָׁ֥ם and shahm לֶ֛חֶם the LEH-hem יַחְדָּ֖ו princes yahk-DAHV בַּמִּצְפָּֽה׃ of ba-meets-PA -
וַיָּקָם֩ arose va-ya-KAHM יִשְׁמָעֵ֨אל Ishmael yeesh-ma-ALE בֶּן the ben נְתַנְיָ֜ה son neh-tahn-YA וַעֲשֶׂ֥רֶת of va-uh-SEH-ret הָאֲנָשִׁ֣ים׀ Nethaniah, ha-uh-na-SHEEM אֲשֶׁר and uh-SHER הָי֣וּ the ha-YOO אִתּ֗וֹ ten EE-toh וַ֠יַּכּוּ men VA-ya-koo אֶת that et גְּדַלְיָ֨הוּ were ɡeh-dahl-YA-hoo בֶן with ven אֲחִיקָ֧ם him, uh-hee-KAHM בֶּן and ben שָׁפָ֛ן smote sha-FAHN בַּחֶ֖רֶב ba-HEH-rev וַיָּ֣מֶת Gedaliah va-YA-met אֹת֑וֹ the oh-TOH אֲשֶׁר son uh-SHER הִפְקִ֥יד of heef-KEED מֶֽלֶךְ Ahikam MEH-lek בָּבֶ֖ל the ba-VEL בָּאָֽרֶץ׃ son ba-AH-rets -
וְאֵ֣ת also veh-ATE כָּל slew kahl הַיְּהוּדִ֗ים all ha-yeh-hoo-DEEM אֲשֶׁר the uh-SHER הָי֨וּ Jews ha-YOO אִתּ֤וֹ that EE-toh אֶת were et גְּדַלְיָ֙הוּ֙ with ɡeh-dahl-YA-HOO בַּמִּצְפָּ֔ה him, ba-meets-PA וְאֶת even veh-ET הַכַּשְׂדִּ֖ים with ha-kahs-DEEM אֲשֶׁ֣ר Gedaliah, uh-SHER נִמְצְאוּ at neem-tseh-OO שָׁ֑ם Mizpah, shahm אֵ֚ת and ate אַנְשֵׁ֣י the an-SHAY הַמִּלְחָמָ֔ה Chaldeans ha-meel-ha-MA הִכָּ֖ה that hee-KA יִשְׁמָעֵֽאל׃ were yeesh-ma-ALE -
וַיְהִ֛י it vai-HEE בַּיּ֥וֹם came BA-yome הַשֵּׁנִ֖י to ha-shay-NEE לְהָמִ֣ית pass leh-ha-MEET אֶת the et גְּדַלְיָ֑הוּ second ɡeh-dahl-YA-hoo וְאִ֖ישׁ day veh-EESH לֹ֥א after loh יָדָֽע׃ he ya-DA -
וַיָּבֹ֣אוּ there va-ya-VOH-oo אֲ֠נָשִׁים came UH-na-sheem מִשְּׁכֶ֞ם certain mee-sheh-HEM מִשִּׁל֤וֹ from mee-shee-LOH וּמִשֹּֽׁמְרוֹן֙ Shechem, oo-mee-shoh-meh-RONE שְׁמֹנִ֣ים from sheh-moh-NEEM אִ֔ישׁ Shiloh, eesh מְגֻלְּחֵ֥י and meh-ɡoo-leh-HAY זָקָ֛ן from za-KAHN וּקְרֻעֵ֥י Samaria, oo-keh-roo-A בְגָדִ֖ים even veh-ɡa-DEEM וּמִתְגֹּֽדְדִ֑ים fourscore oo-meet-ɡoh-deh-DEEM וּמִנְחָ֤ה men, oo-meen-HA וּלְבוֹנָה֙ having oo-leh-voh-NA בְּיָדָ֔ם their beh-ya-DAHM לְהָבִ֖יא beards leh-ha-VEE בֵּ֥ית shaven, bate יְהוָֽה׃ and yeh-VA -
וַ֠יֵּצֵא Ishmael VA-yay-tsay יִשְׁמָעֵ֨אל the yeesh-ma-ALE בֶּן son ben נְתַנְיָ֤ה of neh-tahn-YA לִקְרָאתָם֙ Nethaniah leek-ra-TAHM מִן went meen הַמִּצְפָּ֔ה forth ha-meets-PA הֹלֵ֥ךְ from hoh-LAKE הָלֹ֖ךְ Mizpah ha-LOKE וּבֹכֶ֑ה to oo-voh-HEH וַֽיְהִי֙ meet va-HEE כִּפְגֹ֣שׁ them, keef-ɡOHSH אֹתָ֔ם weeping oh-TAHM וַיֹּ֣אמֶר all va-YOH-mer אֲלֵיהֶ֔ם along uh-lay-HEM בֹּ֖אוּ as BOH-oo אֶל he el גְּדַלְיָ֥הוּ went: ɡeh-dahl-YA-hoo בֶן and ven אֲחִיקָֽם׃ it uh-hee-KAHM -
וַיְהִ֕י it vai-HEE כְּבוֹאָ֖ם was keh-voh-AM אֶל so, el תּ֣וֹךְ when toke הָעִ֑יר they ha-EER וַיִּשְׁחָטֵ֞ם came va-yeesh-ha-TAME יִשְׁמָעֵ֤אל into yeesh-ma-ALE בֶּן the ben נְתַנְיָה֙ midst neh-tahn-YA אֶל of el תּ֣וֹךְ the toke הַבּ֔וֹר city, HA-bore ה֖וּא that hoo וְהָאֲנָשִׁ֥ים Ishmael veh-ha-uh-na-SHEEM אֲשֶׁר the uh-SHER אִתּֽוֹ׃ son ee-toh -
וַעֲשָׂרָ֨ה ten va-uh-sa-RA אֲנָשִׁ֜ים men uh-na-SHEEM נִמְצְאוּ were neem-tseh-OO בָ֗ם found vahm וַיֹּאמְר֤וּ among va-yoh-meh-ROO אֶל them el יִשְׁמָעֵאל֙ that yeesh-ma-ALE אַל said al תְּמִתֵ֔נוּ unto teh-mee-TAY-noo כִּֽי Ishmael, kee יֶשׁ Slay yesh לָ֤נוּ us LA-noo מַטְמֹנִים֙ not: maht-moh-NEEM בַּשָּׂדֶ֔ה for ba-sa-DEH חִטִּ֥ים we hee-TEEM וּשְׂעֹרִ֖ים have oo-seh-oh-REEM וְשֶׁ֣מֶן treasures veh-SHEH-men וּדְבָ֑שׁ in oo-deh-VAHSH וַיֶּחְדַּ֕ל the va-yek-DAHL וְלֹ֥א field, veh-LOH הֱמִיתָ֖ם of hay-mee-TAHM בְּת֥וֹךְ wheat, beh-TOKE אֲחֵיהֶֽם׃ and uh-hay-HEM -
וְהַבּ֗וֹר the veh-HA-bore אֲשֶׁר֩ pit uh-SHER הִשְׁלִ֨יךְ wherein heesh-LEEK שָׁ֤ם shahm יִשְׁמָעֵאל֙ Ishmael yeesh-ma-ALE אֵ֣ת׀ had ate כָּל cast kahl פִּגְרֵ֣י peeɡ-RAY הָאֲנָשִׁ֗ים all ha-uh-na-SHEEM אֲשֶׁ֤ר the uh-SHER הִכָּה֙ dead hee-KA בְּיַד bodies beh-YAHD גְּדַלְיָ֔הוּ of ɡeh-dahl-YA-hoo ה֗וּא the hoo אֲשֶׁ֤ר men, uh-SHER עָשָׂה֙ whom ah-SA הַמֶּ֣לֶךְ he ha-MEH-lek אָסָ֔א had ah-SA מִפְּנֵ֖י slain mee-peh-NAY בַּעְשָׁ֣א because ba-SHA מֶֽלֶךְ of MEH-lek יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל Gedaliah, yees-ra-ALE אֹת֗וֹ was oh-TOH מִלֵּ֛א it mee-LAY יִשְׁמָעֵ֥אל which yeesh-ma-ALE בֶּן Asa ben נְתַנְיָ֖הוּ the neh-tahn-YA-hoo חֲלָלִֽים׃ king huh-la-LEEM -
וַיִּ֣שְׁבְּ׀ Ishmael va-YEE-sheb יִ֠שְׁמָעֵאל carried YEESH-ma-ale אֶת away et כָּל captive kahl שְׁאֵרִ֨ית sheh-ay-REET הָעָ֜ם all ha-AM אֲשֶׁ֣ר the uh-SHER בַּמִּצְפָּ֗ה residue ba-meets-PA אֶת of et בְּנ֤וֹת the beh-NOTE הַמֶּ֙לֶךְ֙ people ha-MEH-lek וְאֶת that veh-ET כָּל were kahl הָעָם֙ in ha-AM הַנִּשְׁאָרִ֣ים Mizpah, ha-neesh-ah-REEM בַּמִּצְפָּ֔ה even ba-meets-PA אֲשֶׁ֣ר uh-SHER הִפְקִ֗יד the heef-KEED נְבֽוּזַרְאֲדָן֙ king's neh-voo-zahr-uh-DAHN רַב daughters, rahv טַבָּחִ֔ים and ta-ba-HEEM אֶת all et גְּדַלְיָ֖הוּ the ɡeh-dahl-YA-hoo בֶּן people ben אֲחִיקָ֑ם that uh-hee-KAHM וַיִּשְׁבֵּם֙ remained va-yeesh-BAME יִשְׁמָעֵ֣אל in yeesh-ma-ALE בֶּן Mizpah, ben נְתַנְיָ֔ה whom neh-tahn-YA וַיֵּ֕לֶךְ Nebuzar-adan va-YAY-lek לַעֲבֹ֖ר the la-uh-VORE אֶל captain el בְּנֵ֥י of beh-NAY עַמּֽוֹן׃ the ah-mone -
וַיִּשְׁמַע֙ when va-yeesh-MA יוֹחָנָ֣ן Johanan yoh-ha-NAHN בֶּן the ben קָרֵ֔חַ son ka-RAY-ak וְכָל of veh-HAHL שָׂרֵ֥י Kareah, sa-RAY הַחֲיָלִ֖ים and ha-huh-ya-LEEM אֲשֶׁ֣ר all uh-SHER אִתּ֑וֹ the EE-toh אֵ֤ת captains ate כָּל of kahl הָֽרָעָה֙ the ha-ra-AH אֲשֶׁ֣ר forces uh-SHER עָשָׂ֔ה that ah-SA יִשְׁמָעֵ֖אל were yeesh-ma-ALE בֶּן with ben נְתַנְיָֽה׃ him, neh-tahn-YA -
וַיִּקְחוּ֙ they va-yeek-HOO אֶת took et כָּל kahl הָ֣אֲנָשִׁ֔ים all HA-uh-na-SHEEM וַיֵּ֣לְכ֔וּ the va-YAY-leh-HOO לְהִלָּחֵ֖ם men, leh-hee-la-HAME עִם and eem יִשְׁמָעֵ֣אל went yeesh-ma-ALE בֶּן to ben נְתַנְיָ֑ה fight neh-tahn-YA וַיִּמְצְא֣וּ with va-yeem-tseh-OO אֹת֔וֹ Ishmael oh-TOH אֶל the el מַ֥יִם son MA-yeem רַבִּ֖ים of ra-BEEM אֲשֶׁ֥ר Nethaniah, uh-SHER בְּגִבְעֽוֹן׃ and beh-ɡeev-ONE -
וַיְהִ֗י it vai-HEE כִּרְא֤וֹת came keer-OTE כָּל to kahl הָעָם֙ pass, ha-AM אֲשֶׁ֣ר that uh-SHER אֶת when et יִשְׁמָעֵ֔אל all yeesh-ma-ALE אֶת the et יֽוֹחָנָן֙ people yoh-ha-NAHN בֶּן which ben קָרֵ֔חַ were ka-RAY-ak וְאֵ֛ת with veh-ATE כָּל Ishmael kahl שָׂרֵ֥י saw sa-RAY הַחֲיָלִ֖ים ha-huh-ya-LEEM אֲשֶׁ֣ר Johanan uh-SHER אִתּ֑וֹ the EE-toh וַיִּשְׂמָֽחוּ׃ son va-yees-ma-HOO -

וְיִשְׁמָעֵ֣אל Ishmael veh-yeesh-ma-ALE בֶּן the ben נְתַנְיָ֗ה son neh-tahn-YA נִמְלַט֙ of neem-LAHT בִּשְׁמֹנָ֣ה Nethaniah beesh-moh-NA אֲנָשִׁ֔ים escaped uh-na-SHEEM מִפְּנֵ֖י from mee-peh-NAY יֽוֹחָנָ֑ן Johanan yoh-ha-NAHN וַיֵּ֖לֶךְ with va-YAY-lek אֶל eight el בְּנֵ֥י men, beh-NAY עַמּֽוֹן׃ and ah-mone -
