Jeremiah 36:12
ಲೇಖಕನ ಕೊಠಡಿಗೆ ಇಳಿದು ಹೋದನು; ಅಗೋ, ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಧಾನರೆಲ್ಲರು ಕೂತುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದರು; ಯಾರಂದರೆ--ಲೇಖಕನಾದ ಎಲೀಷಾಮನೂ ಶೆಮಾಯನ ಮಗನಾದ ದೆಲಾ ಯನೂ ಅಕ್ಬೋರನ ಮಗನಾದ ಎಲ್ನಾಥಾನೂ ಶಾಫಾ ನನ ಮಗನಾದ ಗೆಮರ್ಯನೂ ಹನನೀಯನ ಮಗ ನಾದ ಚಿದ್ಕೀಯನೂ ಇವರೇ.

ಏಳನೇ ತಿಂಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಆದದ್ದೇನಂದರೆ--ಅರಸನ ಸಂತಾನದವನೂ ಅರಸನ ಪ್ರಧಾನರಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬನೂ ಆದಂಥ ಎಲೀಷಾಮನ ಮಗನಾದ ನೆತನ್ಯನ ಮಗನಾದ ಇಷ್ಮಾಯೇಲನೂ ಅವನ ಸಂಗಡ ಹತ್ತು ಮಂದಿ ಮನುಷ್ಯರೂ ಅಹೀಕಾ ಮನ ಮಗನಾದ ಗೆದಲ್ಯನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಮಿಚ್ಪಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದರು; ಅವರು ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಮಿಚ್ಪದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಊಟಮಾಡಿದರು.

ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಯಾಜಕನಾದ ಹಿಲ್ಕೀಯನೂ ಅಹೀಕಾ ಮನೂ ಅಕ್ಬೋರನೂ ಶಾಫಾನನೂ ಅಸಾಯನೂ ಹರ್ಹಸನ ಮೊಮ್ಮಗನೂ ತಿಕ್ವನ ಮಗನೂ ಆದ ವಸ್ತ್ರಗಳ ಕೆಲಸಗಾರರಾದ ಶಲ್ಲೂಮನ ಹೆಂಡತಿಯಾದ ಪ್ರವಾದಿನಿಯಾದ ಹುಲ್ದಳ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಅವಳ ಸಂಗಡ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು. ಅವಳು ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿ ನೊಳಗೆ ಎರಡನೇ ಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸವಾಗಿದ್ದಳು.

ಅರಸನಾದ ಯೋಷೀಯನ ಆಳ್ವಿಕೆಯ ಹದಿನೆಂಟನೇ ವರುಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಏನಾಯಿತಂದರೆ, ಅರಸನು ಲೇಖಕನಾದ ಮೆಷುಲ್ಲಾ ಮನ ಮಗನಾದ ಅಚಲ್ಯನ ಮಗನಾದ ಶಾಫಾನನನ್ನು ಕರ್ತನ ಮನೆಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನಂದರೆ--
