Genesis 3:17
ಆದಾಮನಿಗೆ ಆತನು--ನೀನು ನಿನ್ನ ಹೆಂಡತಿಯ ಮಾತನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿ ತಿನ್ನಬಾರದೆಂದು ನಾನು ನಿನ ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿದ ಮರದ ಫಲವನ್ನು ತಿಂದಕಾರಣ ನಿನ್ನ ನಿಮಿತ್ತ ಭೂಮಿಯು ಶಪಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿದೆ; ನಿನ್ನ ಜೀವನದ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲೆಲ್ಲಾ ದುಃಖದಲ್ಲೇ ನೀನು ಅದರ ಫಲವನ್ನು ತಿನ್ನುವಿ.
