ಮರುದಿನ ಮೊದಲು ಹುಟ್ಟಿದವಳು ಚಿಕ್ಕವಳಿಗೆ--ಇಗೋ, ಕಳೆದ ರಾತ್ರಿ ನನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯ ಸಂಗಡ ನಾನು ಮಲಗಿಕೊಂಡೆನು; ಈ ರಾತ್ರಿಯಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಅವನಿಗೆ ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷಾರಸವನ್ನು ಕುಡಿಸಿ ನೀನು ಹೋಗಿ ಅವನ ಸಂಗಡ ಮಲಗಿಕೋ; ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ನಾವು ನಮ್ಮ ತಂದೆಯ ಸಂತಾನವನ್ನು ಉಳಿಸಬೇಕು ಅಂದಳು.
