ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಂಡವನೊಬ್ಬನು ಹೋಗಿ ಇಬ್ರಿಯ ನಾದ ಅಬ್ರಾಮನಿಗೆ ಇದನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸಿದನು. ಇವನು ಎಷ್ಕೋಲನಿಗೂ ಆನೇರನಿಗೂ ಸಹೋದರನಾಗಿದ್ದು ಅಮೋರಿಯನಾದ ಮಮ್ರೆಯ ಮೈದಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸ ವಾಗಿದ್ದನು. ಇವರು ಅಬ್ರಾಮನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಒಡಂಬಡಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದರು.
