ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ದೇವ ರಾಗಿರುವ ದೇವರ ಆಲಯದ ಕಾರ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರ ಕೈಗಳನ್ನು ಬಲಪಡಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಅಶ್ಶೂರ್‌ ದೇಶದ ಅರ ಸನ ಹೃದಯವನ್ನು ಅವರ ಕಡೆಗೆ ತಿರುಗಿಸಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ಕರ್ತನು ಅವರನ್ನು ಸಂತೋಷಪಡಿಸಿದನು.
