ಆದರೆ ಅಹಷ್ವೇರೋಷನು ಆಳುವಾಗ ಅವನ ಆಳ್ವಿಕೆಯ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ಯೆಹೂದ ಮತ್ತು ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನ ನಿವಾಸಿಗಳಿಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ದೂರು ಕಾಗದ ಬರೆದರು.
