Ezekiel 21:28
ಮನುಷ್ಯಪುತ್ರನೇ, ನೀನು ಪ್ರವಾದಿಸಿ ಹೇಳ ಬೇಕಾದದ್ದೇನಂದರೆ--ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು ಅಮ್ಮೋನಿ ಯರ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿಯೂ ಅವರ ನಿಂದೆಯ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿಯೂ ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ--ಹೌದು, ನೀನು ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳು, ಹಿರಿದ ಕತ್ತಿಯು ಥಳಥಳಿಸುವದ ರಿಂದ ಸಂಹರಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಹಿಡಿದಿದೆ; ಮಿಂಚುವಂತೆ ಬಹಳವಾಗಿ ಮಸೆದಿದೆ.

| and say, | וְאָֽמַרְתָּ֙ | wĕʾāmartā | veh-ah-mahr-TA |
| Thus | כֹּ֤ה | kō | koh |
| saith | אָמַר֙ | ʾāmar | ah-MAHR |
| Lord the | אֲדֹנָ֣י | ʾădōnāy | uh-doh-NAI |
| God | יְהוִֹ֔ה | yĕhôi | yeh-hoh-EE |
| concerning | אֶל | ʾel | el |
| the Ammonites, | בְּנֵ֥י | bĕnê | beh-NAY |
| עַמּ֖וֹן | ʿammôn | AH-mone | |
| and concerning | וְאֶל | wĕʾel | veh-EL |
| their reproach; | חֶרְפָּתָ֑ם | ḥerpātām | her-pa-TAHM |
| say even | וְאָמַרְתָּ֗ | wĕʾāmartā | veh-ah-mahr-TA |
| thou, The sword, | חֶ֣רֶב | ḥereb | HEH-rev |
| the sword | חֶ֤רֶב | ḥereb | HEH-rev |
| is drawn: | פְּתוּחָה֙ | pĕtûḥāh | peh-too-HA |
| slaughter the for | לְטֶ֣בַח | lĕṭebaḥ | leh-TEH-vahk |
| it is furbished, | מְרוּטָ֔ה | mĕrûṭâ | meh-roo-TA |
| consume to | לְהָכִ֖יל | lĕhākîl | leh-ha-HEEL |
| because of | לְמַ֥עַן | lĕmaʿan | leh-MA-an |
| the glittering: | בָּרָֽק׃ | bārāq | ba-RAHK |
