Exodus 22:8
ಕಳ್ಳನು ಸಿಕ್ಕದೆ ಹೋದರೆ ಮನೆಯ ಯಜಮಾನನು ತನ್ನ ನೆರೆಯವನ ಸಾಮಾನುಗಳನ್ನು ಅವನು ಮುಟ್ಟಲಿಲ್ಲ ವೆಂದು ವಿಚಾರಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೆ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧಿಪತಿಗಳ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಅವನನ್ನು ಬರಮಾಡಬೇಕು.

| put have he | שָׁלַ֛ח | šālaḥ | sha-LAHK |
| his hand | יָד֖וֹ | yādô | ya-DOH |
| unto his neighbour's | בִּמְלֶ֥אכֶת | bimleʾket | beem-LEH-het |
