ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಅದನ್ನು ನೋಡಿದಾಗ ಅವರು ಒಬ್ಬರಿಗೊಬ್ಬರು--ಇದು ಮನ್ನಾ ಅಂದರು. ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಅದು ಏನಾಗಿತ್ತೆಂದು ಅವರಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಯಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಆಗ ಮೋಶೆಯು ಅವರಿಗೆ--ಕರ್ತನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿರುವ ರೊಟ್ಟಿಯು ಇದೇ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.
