Exodus 14 - BBE (Kannada)

1 And the Lord said to Moses,ಕರ್ತನು ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ಮೋಶೆಗೆ--

2 Give orders to the children of Israel to go back and put up their tents before Pi-hahiroth, between Migdol and the sea, in front of Baal-zephon, opposite to which you are to put up your tents by the sea.ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ತಿರುಗಿಕೊಂಡು ಪೀಹಹೀರೋತಿಗೆ ಎದುರಾಗಿ ಮಿಗ್ದೋಲಿಗೂ ಸಮುದ್ರಕ್ಕೂ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಾಳ್ಚೆಫೋನಿಗೆ ಎದುರಾಗಿ ಇಳುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕೆಂದು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಹೇಳು. ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಎದುರಾಗಿ ನೀವು ಸಮುದ್ರದ ತೀರದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಳುಕೊಳ್ಳ ಬೇಕು.

3 And Pharaoh will say of the children of Israel, They are wandering without direction, they are shut in by the waste land.ಫರೋಹನು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ--ಅವರು ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿಕೊಂಡರು. ಅರಣ್ಯವು ಅವರನ್ನು ಒಳಗೆ ಮುಚ್ಚಿಬಿಟ್ಟಿತು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುವನು.

4 And I will make Pharaoh's heart hard, and he will come after them and I will be honoured over Pharaoh and all his army, so that the Egyptians may see that I am the Lord. And they did so.ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಫರೋಹನು ಅವರನ್ನು ಹಿಂದಟ್ಟುವಂತೆ ನಾನು ಅವನ ಹೃದಯವನ್ನು ಕಠಿಣ ಮಾಡುವೆನು; ಫರೋಹನಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಅವನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸೈನ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಘನಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವೆನು; ಆಗ ನಾನೇ ಕರ್ತನೆಂದು ಐಗುಪ್ತ್ಯರು ತಿಳಿಯುವರು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು. ಅವರು ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಮಾಡಿದರು.

5 And word came to Pharaoh of the flight of the people: and the feeling of Pharaoh and of his servants about the people was changed, and they said, Why have we let Israel go, so that they will do no more work for us?ಜನರು ಓಡಿಹೋದರೆಂದು ಐಗುಪ್ತದ ಅರಸನಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿತು; ಆಗ ಫರೋಹನ ಮತ್ತು ಅವನ ಸೇವಕರ ಹೃದಯವು ಜನರಿಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ತಿರುಗಿಕೊಂಡಿತು; ಅವರು--ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ಯರು ನಮ್ಮ ಸೇವೆಮಾಡುವದನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟುಹೋಗಿಬಿಡುವಂತೆ ನಾವು ಯಾಕೆ ಮಾಡಿದೆವು ಅಂದರು.

6 So he had his war-carriage made ready and took his people with him:ಆಗ ಅವನು ತನ್ನ ರಥವನ್ನು ಸಿದ್ಧಮಾಡಿ ಕೊಂಡು ತನ್ನ ಜನರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಹೊರಟನು.

7 And he took six hundred carriages, all the carriages of Egypt, and captains over all of them.ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಅವನು ಆರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡ ಆರು ನೂರು ರಥಗಳನ್ನೂ ಐಗುಪ್ತದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ರಥಗಳನ್ನೂ ಅವುಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಅಧಿ ಪತಿಗಳನ್ನೂ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಹೋದನು.

8 And the Lord made the heart of Pharaoh hard, and he went after the children of Israel: for the children of Israel had gone out without fear.ಐಗುಪ್ತದ ಅರಸನಾದ ಫರೋಹನ ಹೃದಯವನ್ನು ಕರ್ತನು ಕಠಿಣ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ಅವನು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಹಿಂದಟ್ಟಿದನು. ಆದರೆ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಧೈರ್ಯ ದಿಂದ ಹೊರಗೆ ಹೋದರು.

9 But the Egyptians went after them, all the horses and carriages of Pharaoh, and his horsemen, and his army, and overtook them in their tents by the sea, by Pihahiroth, before Baal-zephon.ಐಗುಪ್ತ್ಯರು ಅವರನ್ನು ಹಿಂದಟ್ಟಿದ್ದರು; ಅವರು ಸಮುದ್ರ ತೀರದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಳು ಕೊಂಡಿರುವಾಗ ಫರೋಹನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕುದುರೆಗಳೂ ರಥಗಳೂ ಕುದುರೆ ಸವಾರರೂ ಅವನ ಸೈನ್ಯವೂ ಪೀಹಹೀರೋತಿನ ಸವಿಾಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಾಳ್ಚೆಫೋನಿನ ಎದುರಾಗಿ ಸವಿಾಪಿಸಿದರು.

10 And when Pharaoh came near, the children of Israel, lifting up their eyes, saw the Egyptians coming after them, and were full of fear; and their cry went up to God.ಫರೋಹನು ಸವಿಾಪಕ್ಕೆ ಬರುತ್ತಿರಲು ಇಗೋ, ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳನ್ನೆತ್ತಿ ಹಿಂದೆ ಬರುತ್ತಿರುವ ಐಗುಪ್ತ್ಯರನ್ನು ಕಂಡು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಬಹಳವಾಗಿ ಭಯಪಟ್ಟು ಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ಮೊರೆಯಿ ಟ್ಟರು.

11 And they said to Moses, Was there no resting-place for the dead in Egypt, that you have taken us away to come to our death in the waste land? why have you taken us out of Egypt?ಅವರು ಮೋಶೆಗೆ--ಐಗುಪ್ತದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮಾಧಿ ಗಳು ಇಲ್ಲದ ಕಾರಣ ನಾವು ಅರಣ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಯುವ ಹಾಗೆ ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಕರಕೊಂಡು ಬಂದಿಯೋ? ಯಾಕೆ ನೀನು ಈ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ನಮಗೆ ಮಾಡಿ ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಐಗುಪ್ತ ದಿಂದ ಕರಕೊಂಡು ಬಂದಿ?

12 Did we not say to you in Egypt, Let us be as we are, working for the Egyptians? for it is better to be the servants of the Egyptians than to come to our death in the waste land.ನಾವು ಐಗುಪ್ತದೇಶ ದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದಾಗಲೇ--ನೀನು ನಮ್ಮ ಗೊಡವೆಗೆ ಬರಬೇಡ; ನಾವು ಐಗುಪ್ತ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಸೇವೆಮಾಡುವೆವು. ನಾವು ಅರಣ್ಯ ದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಯುವದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಐಗುಪ್ತ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಸೇವೆ ಮಾಡು ವದು ಒಳ್ಳೇದಾಗಿತ್ತಲ್ಲವೇ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

13 But Moses said, Keep where you are and have no fear; now you will see the salvation of the Lord which he will give you today; for the Egyptians whom you see today you will never see again.ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಮೋಶೆಯು ಜನರಿಗೆ--ನೀವು ಭಯಪಡ ಬೇಡಿರಿ; ಕದಲದೆ ನಿಲ್ಲಿರಿ; ಕರ್ತನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಈ ಹೊತ್ತು ತೋರಿಸುವ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಯನ್ನು ನೋಡಿರಿ. ನೀವು ಈ ಹೊತ್ತು ನೋಡುವ ಐಗುಪ್ತ್ಯರನ್ನು ಇನ್ನು ಮುಂದೆ ಎಂದೆಂದಿಗೂ ನೋಡುವದಿಲ್ಲ.

14 The Lord will make war for you, you have only to keep quiet.ಕರ್ತನು ನಿಮ ಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಯುದ್ಧಮಾಡುವನು; ಆದರೆ ನೀವು ಸಮಾಧಾನವಾಗಿರ್ರಿ ಅಂದನು.

15 And the Lord said to Moses, Why are you crying out to me? give the children of Israel the order to go forward.ಆಗ ಕರ್ತನು ಮೋಶೆಗೆ--ನೀನು ನನಗೆ ಯಾಕೆ ಮೊರೆಯಿಡುತ್ತೀ? ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಮುಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗಬೇಕೆಂದು ಹೇಳು.

16 And let your rod be lifted up and your hand stretched out over the sea, and it will be parted in two; and the children of Israel will go through on dry land.ನೀನು ನಿನ್ನ ಕೋಲನ್ನು ಎತ್ತಿ ಸಮುದ್ರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಕೈಚಾಚಿ ಅದನ್ನು ವಿಭಾಗಿಸು. ಆಗ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಸಮುದ್ರದ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಣಗಿದ ನೆಲದ ಮೇಲೆ ಹೋಗುವರು.

17 And I will make the heart of the Egyptians hard, and they will go in after them: and I will be honoured over Pharaoh and over his army, his war-carriages, and his horsemen.ಇಗೋ, ನಾನು ಐಗುಪ್ತ್ಯರ ಹೃದಯವನ್ನು ಕಠಿಣಮಾಡುತ್ತೇನೆ; ಅವರು ಇವರನ್ನು ಹಿಂದಟ್ಟುವರು. ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಫರೋಹನ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ಅವನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸೈನ್ಯದ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ಅವನ ರಥಗಳ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ಕುದುರೆಯ ಸವಾರರ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಘನಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವೆನು.

18 And the Egyptians will see that I am the Lord, when I get honour over Pharaoh and his war-carriages and his horsemen.ನಾನು ಫರೋ ಹನ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ಅವನ ರಥಗಳ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ಕುದುರೆಯ ಸವಾರರ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಘನಪಡಿಸಿ ಕೊಂಡಾಗ ನಾನೇ ಕರ್ತನೆಂದು ಐಗುಪ್ತ್ಯರು ತಿಳಿದು ಕೊಳ್ಳುವರು ಅಂದನು.

19 Then the angel of God, who had been before the tents of Israel, took his place at their back; and the pillar of cloud, moving from before them, came to rest at their back:ಆಗ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ದಂಡಿನ ಮುಂದೆ ಹೋಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ದೇವದೂತನು ತನ್ನ ಸ್ಥಳವನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಅವರ ಹಿಂದೆ ಬಂದನು. ಅವರ ಮುಂದೆ ಇದ್ದ ಮೇಘಸ್ತಂಭವು ಅಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಬಂದು ಅವರ ಹಿಂದೆ ನಿಂತುಕೊಂಡಿತು.

20 And it came between the army of Egypt and the army of Israel; and there was a dark cloud between them, and they went on through the night; but the one army came no nearer to the other all the night.ಅದು ಐಗುಪ್ತ್ಯರ ದಂಡಿಗೂ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ಯರ ದಂಡಿಗೂ ನಡುವೆ ಬಂದಿತು. ಅದು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಮೇಘವೂ ಕತ್ತಲೂ ಆಗಿದ್ದು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ಯರಿಗೆ ರಾತ್ರಿ ಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಳಕು ಕೊಡುವಂಥದ್ದಾಗಿದ್ದದರಿಂದ ಆ ರಾತ್ರಿಯೆಲ್ಲಾ ಒಬ್ಬರ ಹತ್ತಿರ ಒಬ್ಬರು ಬರಲಿಲ್ಲ.

21 And when Moses' hand was stretched out over the sea, the Lord with a strong east wind made the sea go back all night, and the waters were parted in two and the sea became dry land.ಆಗ ಮೋಶೆಯು ಸಮುದ್ರದ ಮೇಲೆ ತನ್ನ ಕೈಚಾಚಲಾಗಿ ಕರ್ತನು ರಾತ್ರಿಯೆಲ್ಲಾ ಬಲವಾದ ಮೂಡಣ ಗಾಳಿಯಿಂದ ಸಮುದ್ರವು ಹಿಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಸಮುದ್ರವನ್ನು ಒಣನೆಲವನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿದನು; ಆಗ ನೀರುಗಳು ವಿಭಾಗವಾದವು.

22 And the children of Israel went through the sea on dry land: and the waters were a wall on their right side and on their left.ಹೀಗೆ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಸಮುದ್ರದ ಮಧ್ಯ ದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಣ ನೆಲದಲ್ಲೇ ಹೊರಟು ಹೋದರು. ನೀರು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಎಡಬಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಗೋಡೆಯಾಗಿತ್ತು.

23 Then the Egyptians went after them into the middle of the sea, all Pharaoh's horses and his war-carriages and his horsemen.ಐಗು ಪ್ತ್ಯರೂ ಫರೋಹನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕುದುರೆಗಳೂ ಅವನ ರಥಗಳೂ ಕುದುರೆಯ ಸವಾರರೂ ಅವರನ್ನು ಹಿಂದಟ್ಟಿ ಅವರ ಹಿಂದೆ ಸಮುದ್ರದ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇರಿದರು.

24 And in the morning watch, the Lord, looking out on the armies of the Egyptians from the pillar of fire and cloud, sent trouble on the army of the Egyptians;ಬೆಳಗಿನ ಜಾವದಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ತನು ಅಗ್ನಿ ಮೇಘಗಳ ಸ್ತಂಭದೊಳಗಿಂದ ಐಗುಪ್ತ್ಯರ ದಂಡಿನ ಕಡೆಗೆ ನೋಡಿ ಅದನ್ನು ತೊಂದರೆಪಡಿಸಿ

25 And made the wheels of their war-carriages stiff, so that they had hard work driving them: so the Egyptians said, Let us go in flight from before the face of Israel, for the Lord is fighting for them against the Egyptians.ಅವರ ರಥಗಳ ಚಕ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಬಿಟ್ಟದ್ದರಿಂದ ಐಗುಪ್ತ್ಯರು ಕಷ್ಟದಿಂದ ಹೋಗು ವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿದನು. ಆಗ--ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಎದುರಿ ನಿಂದ ಓಡಿಹೋಗೋಣ. ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಕರ್ತನು ಐಗುಪ್ತ್ಯರಿಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಅವರಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಯುದ್ಧ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾನೆಂದು ಹೇಳಿಕೊಂಡರು.

26 And the Lord said to Moses, Let your hand be stretched out over the sea, and the waters will come back again on the Egyptians, and on their war-carriages and on their horsemen.ಆಗ ಕರ್ತನು ಮೋಶೆಗೆ--ಐಗುಪ್ತ್ಯರ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ಅವರ ರಥಗಳ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ಕುದುರೆಯ ಸವಾರರ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ನೀರು ತಿರಿಗಿ ಬರುವಹಾಗೆ ಸಮುದ್ರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಕೈಚಾಚು ಅಂದನು.

27 And when Moses' hand was stretched out over the sea, at dawn the sea came flowing back, meeting the Egyptians in their flight, and the Lord sent destruction on the Egyptians in the middle of the sea.ಆಗ ಮೋಶೆಯು ಸಮುದ್ರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಕೈಚಾಚಲಾಗಿ ಸಮುದ್ರವು ಬೆಳಗಾಗುವಾಗಲೇ ತನ್ನ ಶಕ್ತಿಗೆ ತಿರುಗಿಕೊಂಡಿತು. ಐಗುಪ್ತ್ಯರು ಅದಕ್ಕೆದುರಾಗಿ ಓಡಿಹೋದರು. ಕರ್ತನು ಐಗುಪ್ತ್ಯರನ್ನು ಸಮುದ್ರದ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಹರಿಸಿದನು.

28 And the waters came back, covering the war-carriages and the horsemen and all the army of Pharaoh which went after them into the middle of the sea; not one of them was to be seen.ನೀರು ತಿರಿಗಿ ಬಂದು ರಥಗಳೂ ಕುದುರೆಗಳೂ ಸವಾರರೂ ಅವರ ಹಿಂದೆ ಸಮುದ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಬರುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಫರೋಹನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸೈನ್ಯವೂ ಒಬ್ಬರೂ ಉಳಿಯದಂತೆ ಮುಚ್ಚಿಕೊಂಡಿತು.

29 But the children of Israel went through the sea walking on dry land, and the waters were a wall on their right side and on their left.ಆದರೆ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಸಮುದ್ರದ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಣ ಗಿದ ನೆಲದಮೇಲೆ ನಡೆದುಹೋದರು. ನೀರು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಎಡಬಲಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಗೋಡೆಯಾಗಿತ್ತು.

30 So that day the Lord gave Israel salvation from the hands of the Egyptians; and Israel saw the Egyptians dead on the sea's edge.ಆ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ತನು ಈ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ಯ ರನ್ನು ಐಗುಪ್ತ್ಯರ ಕೈಯಿಂದ ರಕ್ಷಿಸಿದನು. ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇ ಲ್ಯರು ಸಮುದ್ರತೀರದಲ್ಲಿ ಸತ್ತ ಐಗುಪ್ತ್ಯರನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ ದರು.

31 And Israel saw the great work which the Lord had done against the Egyptians, and the fear of the Lord came on the people and they had faith in the Lord and in his servant Moses.ಐಗುಪ್ತ್ಯರ ಮೇಲೆ ಕರ್ತನು ಮಾಡಿದ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಕಾರ್ಯವನ್ನು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ಯರು ನೋಡಿ ಕರ್ತ ನಿಗೆ ಭಯಪಟ್ಟು ಕರ್ತನಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಆತನ ಸೇವಕನಾದ ಮೋಶೆಯಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ನಂಬಿಕೆಯಿಟ್ಟರು.
