וַיְהִ֣י׀ And vai-HEE בַּֽחֲצִ֣י pass, ba-huh-TSEE הַלַּ֗יְלָה to ha-LA-la וַֽיהוָה֮ came vai-VA הִכָּ֣ה it hee-KA כָל that hahl בְּכוֹר֮ at beh-HORE בְּאֶ֣רֶץ midnight beh-EH-rets מִצְרַיִם֒ meets-ra-YEEM מִבְּכֹ֤ר Lord mee-beh-HORE פַּרְעֹה֙ the pahr-OH הַיֹּשֵׁ֣ב smote ha-yoh-SHAVE עַל all al כִּסְא֔וֹ the kees-OH עַ֚ד firstborn ad בְּכ֣וֹר the beh-HORE הַשְּׁבִ֔י land ha-sheh-VEE אֲשֶׁ֖ר in uh-SHER בְּבֵ֣ית of beh-VATE הַבּ֑וֹר Egypt, HA-bore וְכֹ֖ל from veh-HOLE בְּכ֥וֹר the beh-HORE בְּהֵמָֽה׃ firstborn beh-hay-MA
