Leviticus 8:14
ಪಾಪದ ಬಲಿಗಾಗಿ ಅವನು ಹೋರಿಯನ್ನು ತಂದನು. ಆರೋನನೂ ಅವನ ಕುಮಾರರೂ ಪಾಪದ ಬಲಿಗಾಗಿ ಆ ಹೋರಿಯ ತಲೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಕೈಗಳನ್ನು ಇಟ್ಟರು.

Isaiah 53:10

Leviticus 16:6
ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಆರೋನನು ತನಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಪಾಪಬಲಿ ಗಾಗಿ ತನ್ನ ಹೋರಿಯನ್ನು ಸಮರ್ಪಿಸಿ ತನ್ನ ಮನೆಯ ವರಿಗೋಸ್ಕರವೂ ಪ್ರಾಯಶ್ಚಿತ್ತಮಾಡಬೇಕು.

ಆರೋನನನ್ನೂ ಅವನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಅವನ ಕುಮಾರರನ್ನೂ ಕರೆದು ಉಡುಪು ಗಳನ್ನೂ ಅಭಿಷೇಕ ತೈಲವನ್ನೂ ಪಾಪದ ಬಲಿಗಾಗಿ ಹೋರಿಯನ್ನೂ ಎರಡು ಟಗರುಗಳನ್ನೂ ಹುಳಿಯಿಲ್ಲದ ರೊಟ್ಟಿಯ ಬುಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನೂ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು.
Leviticus 4:3
ಜನರು ಪಾಪಮಾಡುವ ಹಾಗೆ ಅಭಿಷಿಕ್ತನಾದ ಯಾಜಕನು ಪಾಪಮಾಡಿದರೆ ಅವನು ತನ್ನ ಪಾಪಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ದೋಷವಿಲ್ಲದ ಒಂದು ಎಳೇ ಹೋರಿಯನ್ನು ಪಾಪದ ಬಲಿಗಾಗಿ ಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ತರಬೇಕು.
