ಯಾವ ಪಾಪದ ಬಲಿಯ ರಕ್ತವು ಸಭೆಯ ಡೇರೆಯೊಳಗೆ ಸಮಾಧಾನಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ತರಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿತೋ ಆ ಪಾಪದ ಬಲಿಯನ್ನು ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ತಿನ್ನಬಾರದು; ಅದನ್ನು ಬೆಂಕಿಯಿಂದ ಸುಡಬೇಕು.
Leviticus 8:14
ಪಾಪದ ಬಲಿಗಾಗಿ ಅವನು ಹೋರಿಯನ್ನು ತಂದನು. ಆರೋನನೂ ಅವನ ಕುಮಾರರೂ ಪಾಪದ ಬಲಿಗಾಗಿ ಆ ಹೋರಿಯ ತಲೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಕೈಗಳನ್ನು ಇಟ್ಟರು.

ಆದದರಿಂದ ಆರೋನನು ಯಜ್ಞವೇದಿಯ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಹೋಗಿ ತನಗಾಗಿ ಪಾಪದ ಬಲಿಯ ಕರುವನ್ನು ವಧಿಸಿದನು.

ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಾಯಶ್ಚಿತ್ತ ಮಾಡುವದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಯಾವದರ ರಕ್ತವು ತರಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿತೋ ಆ ಪಾಪಬಲಿಯ ಹೋರಿಯನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಪಾಪಬಲಿಯ ಆಡನ್ನು ಪಾಳೆಯದ ಆಚೆಗೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗಿ ಅವುಗಳ ಚರ್ಮವನ್ನೂ ಮಾಂಸವನ್ನೂ ಸಗಣಿಯನ್ನೂ ಸುಡಬೇಕು.
Psalm 103:12
ಪೂರ್ವಕ್ಕೂ ಪಶ್ಚಿಮಕ್ಕೂ ಎಷ್ಟು ದೂರವೋ ನಮ್ಮ ದ್ರೋಹಗಳನ್ನು ನಮ್ಮಿಂದ ಅಷ್ಟು ದೂರ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾನೆ.
