ಅವರು ಅವನಿಗೆ--ನೀನು ಆ ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನೂ ಎಲೀಯನೂ ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ಆ ಪ್ರವಾದಿಯೂ ಅಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೆ ಬಾಪ್ತಿಸ್ಮ ಮಾಡಿಸುವದು ಯಾಕೆ ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದರು.
