Jeremiah 34:2
ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ--ನೀನು ಹೋಗಿ ಯೆಹೂದದ ಅರಸನಾದ ಚಿದ್ಕೀಯನ ಸಂಗಡ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಹೇಳತಕ್ಕ ದ್ದೇನಂದರೆ--ಕರ್ತನು ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ--ಇಗೋ, ನಾನು ಈ ಪಟ್ಟಣವನ್ನು ಬಾಬೆಲಿನ ಅರಸನ ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ; ಅವನು ಅದನ್ನು ಬೆಂಕಿಯಿಂದ ಸುಡು ವನು.
