Jeremiah 12:4
ದೇಶವು ಅದರ ನಿವಾಸಿಗಳ ಕೆಟ್ಟತನ ಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ದುಃಖಿಸುವದೂ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಹೊಲಗಳ ಹುಲ್ಲು ಒಣಗುವದೂ ಎಷ್ಟರ ಮಟ್ಟಿಗೆ? ಮೃಗಗಳೂ ಪಕ್ಷಿಗಳೂ ನಾಶವಾಗುತ್ತವೆ; ಅವರು--ಒಬ್ಬರೂ ನಮ್ಮ ಅಂತ್ಯವನ್ನು ನೋಡುವದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಅಂದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
