Acts 25:25
ಆದರೆ ಮರಣದಂಡನೆಗೆ ಕಾರಣವಾದ ಯಾವ ದನ್ನೂ ಇವನು ಮಾಡಲಿಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ನಾನು ಕಂಡು ಕೊಂಡೆನು. ತಾನೇ ಔಗುಸ್ತನ ಮುಂದೆ ಹೇಳಿಕೊಳ್ಳು ತ್ತೇನೆಂದು ಬೇಡಿಕೊಂಡದ್ದರಿಂದ ಇವನನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸು ವದಕ್ಕೆ ನಾನು ತೀರ್ಮಾನಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ.

ನಾನು ಅನ್ಯಾಯಮಾಡಿದವ ನಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ಮರಣದಂಡನೆಗೆ ಕಾರಣವಾದ ಯಾವದನ್ನಾದರೂ ನಡಿಸಿದ್ದರೆ ಸಾಯುವದಕ್ಕೆ ನಾನು ಬೇಡವೆನ್ನುವದಿಲ್ಲ; ನನ್ನ ಮೇಲೆ ಅವರು ತಪ್ಪು ಹೊರಿಸುವವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವದೂ ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ಹೋದರೆ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಯಾವ ಮನುಷ್ಯನೂ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಲಾರನು; ನಾನು ಕೈಸರ

ಅವರು ಆಚೆಗೆ ಹೋಗಿ--ಈ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ಮರಣದಂಡನೆಗಾಗಲೀ ಬೇಡಿಗಳಿ ಗಾಗಲೀ ಯೋಗ್ಯವಾದ ಯಾವದನ್ನೂ ಮಾಡಲಿಲ್ಲ ವೆಂದು ತಮ್ಮತಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿಕೊಂಡರು.
