ಆದದರಿಂದ ಅವರ ಮತ್ತು ಪೌಲ ಬಾರ್ನಬರ ಮಧ್ಯೆ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಭಿನ್ನಾಭಿ ಪ್ರಾಯವೂ ವಾಗ್ವಾದವೂ ಉಂಟಾದಾಗ ಪೌಲ ಬಾರ್ನಬರೂ ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ ಬೇರೆ ಕೆಲವರೂ ಈ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಾಗಿ ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಅಪೊಸ್ತಲರ ಮತ್ತು ಹಿರಿಯರ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಬೇಕೆಂದು ಅವರು ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಿದರು.
