Acts 13:7
ಅವನು ಬುದ್ಧಿವಂತನಾಗಿದ್ದ ಸೆರ್ಗ್ಯ ಪೌಲನೆಂಬ ಅಧಿಪತಿಯ ಸಂಗಡ ಇದ್ದನು. ಅಧಿಪತಿಯು ಬಾರ್ನಬ ಸೌಲರನ್ನು ಕರೆಯಿಸಿ ದೇವರ ವಾಕ್ಯವನ್ನು ಕೇಳುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಅಪೇಕ್ಷಿಸಿದನು.

ಆದರೆ ಆ ಮಂತ್ರವಾದಿಯಾದ ಎಲುಮನು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಎದುರು ನಿಂತು ಅಧಿಪತಿಯನ್ನು ನಂಬಿಕೆಯಿಂದ ತಿರುಗಿಸು ವದಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸಿದನು. (ಎಲುಮನೆಂಬ ಹೆಸರಿಗೆ ಮಂತ್ರವಾದಿ ಎಂಬದು ಅರ್ಥ).
