ಆಗ ಅಶ್ಶೂರಿನ ಅರಸನು ದೇಶವೆಲ್ಲಾದರ ಮೇಲೆ ಬಂದು, ಸಮಾರ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಅದನ್ನು ಮೂರು ವರುಷಗಳ ವರೆಗೂ ಮುತ್ತಿಗೆ ಹಾಕಿದನು.
