1 Samuel 24:11
ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ನನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯೇ, ನೋಡು; ಹೌದು, ನನ್ನ ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ನಿನ್ನ ನಿಲುವಂಗಿಯ ಅಂಚನ್ನು ನೋಡು. ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಕೊಂದುಹಾಕದೆ ನಿನ್ನ ನಿಲುವಂಗಿಯ ಅಂಚನ್ನು ಕತ್ತರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡದ್ದರಿಂದ ನನ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಟ್ಟತನವು ದ್ರೋಹವು ಇಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ನಾನು ನಿನಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಪಾಪಮಾಡ ಲಿಲ್ಲವೆಂದೂ ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಂಡು ನೋಡು. ಹೀಗಿದ್ದರೂ ನೀನು ನನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾಣವನ್ನು ತೆಗೆಯಲು ಬೇಟೆಯಾಡುತ್ತೀ.
