ಆಗ ಅರಸನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜ್ಞಾನಿಗಳು ಒಳಗೆ ಬಂದರು. ಆದರೆ ಆ ಬರಹ ವನ್ನು ಓದಲೂ ಅದರ ಅರ್ಥವನ್ನು ಅರಸನಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿ ಸಲೂ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಆಗದೆಹೋಯಿತು.

ಆಗ ಮಂತ್ರಗಾರರು, ಜೋತಿಷ್ಯರು, ಕಸ್ದೀಯರು, ಶಕುನಗಾರರು ಒಳಗೆ ಬಂದರು; ನಾನು ಕನಸನ್ನು ಅವರಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆನು; ಆದರೆ ಅವರು ಅದರ ಅರ್ಥವನ್ನು ನನಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ.

Isaiah 47:12
ನಿನ್ನ ಮಾಟಗಳ ಸಂಗಡ ನಿಂತುಕೋ ನಿನ್ನ ಯೌವನದಾರಭ್ಯ ಬೇಸತ್ತು ಅಭ್ಯಾಸಿಸಿರುವ ನಿನ್ನ ಮಂತ್ರತಂತ್ರಗಳನ್ನೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಮಾಟಗಳನ್ನೂ ಲೆಕ್ಕವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಪ್ರಯೋಗಿಸು; ಇದರಿಂದ ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ನಿನಗೆ ಲಾಭವಾದೀತು. ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ನೀನು ಎದು ರಾಗಿ ನಿಲ್ಲಬಹುದು.

ಈಗ ಈ ಬರಹವನ್ನು ಓದುವದಕ್ಕೂ ಅದರ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯವನ್ನು ನನಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸು ವದಕ್ಕೂ ಜ್ಯೋತಿಷ್ಯರಾದ ಜ್ಞಾನಿಗಳು ನನ್ನ ಮುಂದೆ ತರಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ, ಆದರೆ ಇದರ ಅರ್ಥವನ್ನು ಹೇಳಲಾರದೆ ಹೋದರು.
