שִׁמְע֞וּ ye sheem-OO אֶת et הַדָּבָ֣ר this ha-da-VAHR הַזֶּ֗ה word ha-ZEH אֲשֶׁ֨ר which uh-SHER אָנֹכִ֜י I ah-noh-HEE נֹשֵׂ֧א take noh-SAY עֲלֵיכֶ֛ם up uh-lay-HEM קִינָ֖ה against kee-NA בֵּ֥ית you, bate יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ even yees-ra-ALE -
נָֽפְלָה֙ virgin na-feh-LA לֹֽא of loh תוֹסִ֣יף Israel toh-SEEF ק֔וּם is koom בְּתוּלַ֖ת fallen; beh-too-LAHT יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל she yees-ra-ALE נִטְּשָׁ֥ה shall nee-teh-SHA עַל no al אַדְמָתָ֖הּ more ad-ma-TA אֵ֥ין rise: ane מְקִימָֽהּ׃ she meh-kee-MA -
כִּ֣י thus kee כֹ֤ה saith hoh אָמַר֙ the ah-MAHR אֲדֹנָ֣י Lord uh-doh-NAI יְהוִ֔ה God; yeh-VEE הָעִ֛יר The ha-EER הַיֹּצֵ֥את city ha-yoh-TSATE אֶ֖לֶף that EH-lef תַּשְׁאִ֣יר went tahsh-EER מֵאָ֑ה out may-AH וְהַיּוֹצֵ֥את by veh-ha-yoh-TSATE מֵאָ֛ה a may-AH תַּשְׁאִ֥יר thousand tahsh-EER עֲשָׂרָ֖ה shall uh-sa-RA לְבֵ֥ית leave leh-VATE יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ an yees-ra-ALE -
כִּ֣י thus kee כֹ֥ה saith hoh אָמַ֛ר the ah-MAHR יְהוָ֖ה Lord yeh-VA לְבֵ֣ית unto leh-VATE יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל the yees-ra-ALE דִּרְשׁ֖וּנִי house deer-SHOO-nee וִֽחְיֽוּ׃ of VEE-heh-YOO -
וְאַֽל seek veh-AL תִּדְרְשׁוּ֙ not teed-reh-SHOO בֵּֽית Beth-el, bate אֵ֔ל nor ale וְהַגִּלְגָּל֙ enter veh-ha-ɡeel-ɡAHL לֹ֣א into loh תָבֹ֔אוּ Gilgal, ta-VOH-oo וּבְאֵ֥ר and oo-veh-ARE שֶׁ֖בַע pass SHEH-va לֹ֣א not loh תַעֲבֹ֑רוּ to ta-uh-VOH-roo כִּ֤י Beer-sheba: kee הַגִּלְגָּל֙ for ha-ɡeel-ɡAHL גָּלֹ֣ה Gilgal ɡa-LOH יִגְלֶ֔ה shall yeeɡ-LEH וּבֵֽית surely oo-VATE אֵ֖ל go ale יִהְיֶ֥ה into yee-YEH לְאָֽוֶן׃ captivity, leh-AH-ven -
דִּרְשׁ֥וּ deer-SHOO אֶת the et יְהוָ֖ה Lord, yeh-VA וִֽחְי֑וּ and vee-heh-YOO פֶּן ye pen יִצְלַ֤ח shall yeets-LAHK כָּאֵשׁ֙ live; ka-AYSH בֵּ֣ית lest bate יוֹסֵ֔ף he yoh-SAFE וְאָכְלָ֥ה break veh-oke-LA וְאֵין out veh-ANE מְכַבֶּ֖ה like meh-ha-BEH לְבֵֽית fire leh-VATE אֵֽל׃ in ale -
הַהֹפְכִ֥ים who ha-hoh-feh-HEEM לְלַעֲנָ֖ה turn leh-la-uh-NA מִשְׁפָּ֑ט judgment meesh-PAHT וּצְדָקָ֖ה to oo-tseh-da-KA לָאָ֥רֶץ wormwood, la-AH-rets הִנִּֽיחוּ׃ and hee-NEE-hoo -

הַמַּבְלִ֥יג strengtheneth ha-mahv-LEEɡ שֹׁ֖ד the shode עַל spoiled al עָ֑ז against az וְשֹׁ֖ד the veh-SHODE עַל strong, al מִבְצָ֥ר so meev-TSAHR יָבֽוֹא׃ that ya-VOH -
שָׂנְא֥וּ hate sone-OO בַשַּׁ֖עַר him va-SHA-ar מוֹכִ֑יחַ that moh-HEE-ak וְדֹבֵ֥ר rebuketh veh-doh-VARE תָּמִ֖ים in ta-MEEM יְתָעֵֽבוּ׃ the yeh-ta-ay-VOO -
לָ֠כֵן therefore LA-hane יַ֣עַן as YA-an בּוֹשַׁסְכֶ֞ם your boh-shahs-HEM עַל treading al דָּ֗ל is dahl וּמַשְׂאַת upon oo-mahs-AT בַּר֙ the bahr תִּקְח֣וּ poor, teek-HOO מִמֶּ֔נּוּ and mee-MEH-noo בָּתֵּ֥י ye boh-TAY גָזִ֛ית take ɡa-ZEET בְּנִיתֶ֖ם from beh-nee-TEM וְלֹא him veh-LOH תֵ֣שְׁבוּ burdens TAY-sheh-voo בָ֑ם of vahm כַּרְמֵי wheat: kahr-MAY חֶ֣מֶד ye HEH-med נְטַעְתֶּ֔ם have neh-ta-TEM וְלֹ֥א built veh-LOH תִשְׁתּ֖וּ houses teesh-TOO אֶת of et יֵינָֽם׃ hewn yay-NAHM -
כִּ֤י I kee יָדַ֙עְתִּי֙ know ya-DA-TEE רַבִּ֣ים your ra-BEEM פִּשְׁעֵיכֶ֔ם manifold peesh-ay-HEM וַעֲצֻמִ֖ים transgressions va-uh-tsoo-MEEM חַטֹּֽאתֵיכֶ֑ם and ha-toh-tay-HEM צֹרְרֵ֤י your tsoh-reh-RAY צַדִּיק֙ mighty tsa-DEEK לֹ֣קְחֵי sins: LOH-keh-hay כֹ֔פֶר they HOH-fer וְאֶבְיוֹנִ֖ים afflict veh-ev-yoh-NEEM בַּשַּׁ֥עַר the ba-SHA-ar הִטּֽוּ׃ just, hee-too -
לָכֵ֗ן the la-HANE הַמַּשְׂכִּ֛יל prudent ha-mahs-KEEL בָּעֵ֥ת shall ba-ATE הַהִ֖יא keep ha-HEE יִדֹּ֑ם silence yee-DOME כִּ֛י in kee עֵ֥ת that ate רָעָ֖ה time; ra-AH הִֽיא׃ for hee -
דִּרְשׁוּ good, deer-SHOO ט֥וֹב and tove וְאַל not veh-AL רָ֖ע evil, ra לְמַ֣עַן that leh-MA-an תִּֽחְי֑וּ ye tee-heh-YOO וִיהִי may vee-HEE כֵ֞ן live: hane יְהוָ֧ה and yeh-VA אֱלֹהֵֽי so ay-loh-HAY צְבָא֛וֹת the tseh-va-OTE אִתְּכֶ֖ם Lord, ee-teh-HEM כַּאֲשֶׁ֥ר the ka-uh-SHER אֲמַרְתֶּֽם׃ God uh-mahr-TEM -
שִׂנְאוּ the seen-OO רָע֙ evil, ra וְאֶ֣הֱבוּ and veh-EH-hay-voo ט֔וֹב love tove וְהַצִּ֥יגוּ the veh-ha-TSEE-ɡoo בַשַּׁ֖עַר good, va-SHA-ar מִשְׁפָּ֑ט and meesh-PAHT אוּלַ֗י establish oo-LAI יֶֽחֱנַ֛ן judgment yeh-hay-NAHN יְהוָ֥ה in yeh-VA אֱלֹהֵֽי the ay-loh-HAY צְבָא֖וֹת gate: tseh-va-OTE שְׁאֵרִ֥ית it sheh-ay-REET יוֹסֵֽף׃ may yoh-SAFE -
לָ֠כֵן the LA-hane כֹּֽה Lord, koh אָמַ֨ר the ah-MAHR יְהוָ֜ה God yeh-VA אֱלֹהֵ֤י of ay-loh-HAY צְבָאוֹת֙ hosts, tseh-va-OTE אֲדֹנָ֔י the uh-doh-NAI בְּכָל Lord, beh-HAHL רְחֹב֣וֹת saith reh-hoh-VOTE מִסְפֵּ֔ד thus; mees-PADE וּבְכָל Wailing oo-veh-HAHL חוּצ֖וֹת shall hoo-TSOTE יֹאמְר֣וּ be yoh-meh-ROO הוֹ in hoh ה֑וֹ all hoh וְקָרְא֤וּ streets; veh-kore-OO אִכָּר֙ and ee-KAHR אֶל they el אֵ֔בֶל shall A-vel וּמִסְפֵּ֖ד say oo-mees-PADE אֶל in el י֥וֹדְעֵי all YOH-deh-ay נֶֽהִי׃ the NEH-hee -
וּבְכָל in oo-veh-HAHL כְּרָמִ֖ים all keh-ra-MEEM מִסְפֵּ֑ד vineyards mees-PADE כִּֽי shall kee אֶעֱבֹ֥ר be eh-ay-VORE בְּקִרְבְּךָ֖ wailing: beh-keer-beh-HA אָמַ֥ר for ah-MAHR יְהוָֽה׃ I yeh-VA -
ה֥וֹי unto hoy הַמִּתְאַוִּ֖ים you ha-meet-ah-WEEM אֶת that et י֣וֹם desire yome יְהוָ֑ה yeh-VA לָמָּה the loh-MA זֶּ֥ה day zeh לָכֶ֛ם of la-HEM י֥וֹם the yome יְהוָ֖ה Lord! yeh-VA הוּא to hoo חֹ֥שֶׁךְ what HOH-shek וְלֹא end veh-LOH אֽוֹר׃ is ore -
כַּאֲשֶׁ֨ר if ka-uh-SHER יָנ֥וּס a ya-NOOS אִישׁ֙ man eesh מִפְּנֵ֣י did mee-peh-NAY הָאֲרִ֔י flee ha-uh-REE וּפְגָע֖וֹ from oo-feh-ɡa-OH הַדֹּ֑ב a ha-DOVE וּבָ֣א lion, oo-VA הַבַּ֔יִת and ha-BA-yeet וְסָמַ֤ךְ a veh-sa-MAHK יָדוֹ֙ bear ya-DOH עַל met al הַקִּ֔יר him; ha-KEER וּנְשָׁכ֖וֹ or oo-neh-sha-HOH הַנָּחָֽשׁ׃ went ha-na-HAHSH -
הֲלֹא not huh-LOH חֹ֛שֶׁךְ the HOH-shek י֥וֹם day yome יְהוָ֖ה of yeh-VA וְלֹא the veh-LOH א֑וֹר Lord ore וְאָפֵ֖ל be veh-ah-FALE וְלֹא darkness, veh-LOH נֹ֥גַֽהּ and NOH-ɡa לֽוֹ׃ not loh -
שָׂנֵ֥אתִי hate, sa-NAY-tee מָאַ֖סְתִּי I ma-AS-tee חַגֵּיכֶ֑ם despise ha-ɡay-HEM וְלֹ֥א your veh-LOH אָרִ֖יחַ feast ah-REE-ak בְּעַצְּרֹֽתֵיכֶֽם׃ days, beh-ah-tseh-ROH-tay-HEM -
כִּ֣י kee אִם ye eem תַּעֲלוּ offer ta-uh-LOO לִ֥י me lee עֹל֛וֹת burnt oh-LOTE וּמִנְחֹתֵיכֶ֖ם offerings oo-meen-hoh-tay-HEM לֹ֣א and loh אֶרְצֶ֑ה your er-TSEH וְשֶׁ֥לֶם meat veh-SHEH-lem מְרִיאֵיכֶ֖ם offerings, meh-ree-ay-HEM לֹ֥א I loh אַבִּֽיט׃ will ah-BEET -
הָסֵ֥ר thou ha-SARE מֵעָלַ֖י away may-ah-LAI הֲמ֣וֹן from huh-MONE שִׁרֶ֑יךָ me shee-RAY-ha וְזִמְרַ֥ת the veh-zeem-RAHT נְבָלֶ֖יךָ noise neh-va-LAY-ha לֹ֥א of loh אֶשְׁמָֽע׃ thy esh-MA -
וְיִגַּ֥ל let veh-yee-ɡAHL כַּמַּ֖יִם judgment ka-MA-yeem מִשְׁפָּ֑ט run meesh-PAHT וּצְדָקָ֖ה down oo-tseh-da-KA כְּנַ֥חַל as keh-NA-hahl אֵיתָֽן׃ waters, ay-TAHN -
