ಎರಡು ಸಮುದ್ರಗಳು ಸೇರುವ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ಹಡಗನ್ನು ಆಳವಿಲ್ಲದ ನೀರಿನಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ನೆಲದ ಮೇಲೆ ಹತ್ತಿಸಿದರು; ಆಗ ಮುಂಭಾಗವು ತಗಲಿಕೊಂಡು ಅಲ್ಲಾಡದಂತೆ ನಿಂತಿತು. ಆದರೆ ಹಿಂಭಾಗವು ತೆರೆಗಳ ಹೊಡೆತದಿಂದ ಒಡೆದುಹೋಯಿತು.
