Acts 11 - DBY (Kannada)

1 And the apostles and the brethren who were in Judaea heard that the nations also had received the word of God;ಅನ್ಯಜನರು ಸಹ ದೇವರ ವಾಕ್ಯವನ್ನು ಅಂಗೀಕರಿಸಿದರೆಂಬದನ್ನು ಅಪೊಸ್ತಲರೂ ಯೂದಾಯದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಸಹೋದರರೂ ಕೇಳಿದರು.

2 and when Peter went up to Jerusalem, they of the circumcision contended with him,ಪೇತ್ರನು ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿಗೆ ಬಂದಾಗ ಸುನ್ನತಿ ಯವರು ಅವನ ಕೂಡ ವಿವಾದಿಸುತ್ತಾ--

3 saying, Thou wentest in to men uncircumcised and hast eaten with them.ನೀನು ಸುನ್ನತಿಯಿಲ್ಲದವರ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಅವರ ಸಂಗಡ ಊಟಮಾಡಿದೆಯಲ್ಲಾ ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದರು.

4 But Peter began and set forth [the matter] to them in order, saying,ಆದರೆ ಪೇತ್ರನು ನಡೆದ ಸಂಗತಿಯನ್ನು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಮೊದಲಿ ನಿಂದ ಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿ ವಿವರಿಸಿ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನಂದರೆ--

5 I was in the city of Joppa praying, and in an ecstasy I saw a vision, a certain vessel descending like a great sheet, let down by four corners out of heaven, and it came even to me:ನಾನು ಯೊಪ್ಪ ಪಟ್ಟಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿ ದ್ದಾಗ ಪರವಶನಾಗಿದ್ದ ನನಗೆ ಒಂದು ದರ್ಶನ ವಾಯಿತು; ಅದೇನಂದರೆ, ಆಕಾಶದಿಂದ ನಾಲ್ಕು ಮೂಲೆಗಳಿಂದ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಜೋಳಿಗೆಯಂತಿರುವ ಒಂದು ಪಾತ್ರೆಯು ಇಳಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟು ನನ್ನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬಂತು.

6 on which having fixed mine eyes, I considered, and saw the quadrupeds of the earth, and the wild beasts, and the creeping things, and the fowls of the heaven.ಅದೇನೆಂದು ತಿಳುಕೊಳ್ಳುವದಕ್ಕೆ ನಾನು ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ನೊಡಿದಾಗ ಭೂಮಿಯ ಮೇಲಿರುವ ನಾಲ್ಕು ಕಾಲು ಗಳುಳ್ಳ ಪಶುಗಳನ್ನೂ ಕಾಡು ಮೃಗಗಳನ್ನೂ ಹರಿ ದಾಡುವ ಕ್ರಿಮಿಕೀಟಗಳನ್ನೂ ಆಕಾಶದ ಪಕ್ಷಿಗಳನ್ನೂ ಕಂಡೆನು.

7 And I heard also a voice saying to me, Rise up, Peter, slay and eat.ಆಗ--ಪೇತ್ರನೇ, ಎದ್ದು ಕೊಂದು ತಿನ್ನು ಎಂದು ನನಗೆ ಹೇಳುವ ಧ್ವನಿಯನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿದೆನು.

8 And I said, In no wise, Lord, for common or unclean has never entered into my mouth.ಆದರೆ ನಾನು--ಕರ್ತನೇ, ಹಾಗಲ್ಲ; ಹೊಲೆಯಾದ ದ್ದಾಗಲೀ ಅಶುದ್ಧವಾದದ್ದಾಗಲೀ ಯಾವದೂ ಯಾವ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲೂ ನನ್ನ ಬಾಯೊಳಗೆ ಸೇರಲಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದೆನು;

9 And a voice answered the second time out of heaven, What God has cleansed, do not *thou* make common.ಅದಕ್ಕೆ--ದೇವರು ಶುದ್ಧ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದನ್ನು ನೀನು ಹೊಲೆಯೆನ್ನಬಾರದು ಎಂಬದಾಗಿ ತಿರಿಗಿ ಆಕಾಶದಿಂದ ಧ್ವನಿಯು ನನಗೆ ಉತ್ತರಕೊಟ್ಟಿತು.

10 And this took place thrice, and again all was drawn up into heaven;ಇದು ಮೂರು ಸಾರಿ ಆಯಿತು. ಆಮೇಲೆ ಎಲ್ಲವೂ ತಿರಿಗಿ ಆಕಾಶಕ್ಕೆ ಎತ್ತಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿತು.

11 and lo, immediately three men were at the house in which I was, sent to me from Caesarea.ಆಗ ಇಗೋ, ತಕ್ಷಣವೇ ಮೂರು ಮಂದಿ ಮನುಷ್ಯರು ನಾನಿದ್ದ ಮನೆಗೆ ಆಗಲೇ ಬಂದಿದ್ದರು. ಅವರು ಕೈಸರೈಯದಿಂದ ನನ್ನ ಹತ್ತಿರಕ್ಕೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟವರು.

12 And the Spirit said to me to go with them, nothing doubting. And there went with me these six brethren also, and we entered into the house of the man,ಏನೂ ಸಂಶಯಪಡದೆ ಅವರ ಜೊತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೋಗಬೇಕೆಂದು ಆತ್ಮನು ನನಗೆ ಅಪ್ಪಣೆಕೊಟ್ಟನು; ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಈ ಆರು ಮಂದಿ ಸಹೋದರರು ನನ್ನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಬಂದರು; ನಾವು ಆ ಮನುಷ್ಯನ ಮನೆಯೊಳಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರಿದೆವು.

13 and he related to us how he had seen the angel in his house, standing and saying [to him], Send [men] to Joppa and fetch Simon, who is surnamed Peter,ಅವನು ತನ್ನ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬ ದೂತನನ್ನು ಕಂಡನೆಂದು ನಮಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದನು. ಆ ದೂತನು ಅವನಿಗೆ--ನೀನು ಯೊಪ್ಪಕ್ಕೆ ಜನರನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಿ ಪೇತ್ರನೆನಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಸೀಮೋನನನ್ನು ಕರೆಯಿಸು;

14 who shall speak words to thee whereby *thou* shalt be saved, thou and all thy house.ಅವನು ನಿನಗೆ ವಾಕ್ಯ ಗಳನ್ನು ಹೇಳುವನು; ಆ ವಾಕ್ಯಗಳಿಂದ ನಿನಗೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಮನೆಯವರೆಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಯಾಗುವದು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನೆಂಬದಾಗಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದನು.

15 And as I began to speak, the Holy Spirit fell upon them even as upon us also at the beginning.ನಾನು ಮಾತನಾ ಡುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಿದಾಗ ಪವಿತ್ರಾತ್ಮನು ಮೊದಲು ನಮ್ಮ ಮೇಲೆ ಬಂದಹಾಗೆ ಅವರ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ಬಂದನು.

16 And I remembered the word of the Lord, how he said, John baptised with water, but *ye* shall be baptised with [the] Holy Spirit.ಆಗ--ಯೋಹಾನನು ನಿಜವಾಗಿಯೂ ನೀರಿನ ಬಾಪ್ತಿಸ್ಮ ಮಾಡಿಸಿದನು; ನೀವಾದರೋ ಪವಿತ್ರಾತ್ಮನಿಂದ ಬಾಪ್ತಿಸ್ಮ ಹೊಂದುವಿರಿ ಎಂದು ಕರ್ತನು ಹೇಳಿದ ಮಾತು ನನ್ನ ನೆನಪಿಗೆ ಬಂತು.

17 If then God has given them the same gift as also to us when we had believed on the Lord Jesus Christ, who indeed was *I* to be able to forbid God?ಕರ್ತನಾಗಿರುವ ಯೇಸು ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನಲ್ಲಿ ನಂಬಿಕೆಯಿಟ್ಟ ನಮಗೆ ದೇವರು ಕೊಟ್ಟ ದಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಸರಿಯಾದ ದಾನವನ್ನು ಅವರಿಗೂ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿರಲಾಗಿ ದೇವರನ್ನು ತಡೆಯುವದಕ್ಕೆ ನಾನು ಎಷ್ಟರವನು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.

18 And when they heard these things they held their peace, and glorified God, saying, Then indeed God has to the nations also granted repentance to life.ಅವರು ಇವುಗಳನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿ ಮೌನವಾಗಿದ್ದು ದೇವ ರನ್ನು ಕೊಂಡಾಡಿ--ಹಾಗಾದರೆ ಅನ್ಯ ಜನಾಂಗದವ ರಿಗೂ ಜೀವಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಮಾನಸಾಂತರವನ್ನು ದೇವರು ದಯಪಾಲಿಸಿದ್ದಾನೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

19 They then who had been scattered abroad through the tribulation that took place on the occasion of Stephen, passed through [the country] to Phoenicia and Cyprus and Antioch, speaking the word to no one but to Jews alone.ಸ್ತೆಫನನ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಉಂಟಾದ ಹಿಂಸೆಯಿಂದ ಚದರಿಹೊದವರು ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯರಿಗೇ ಹೊರತು ಮತ್ತಾ ರಿಗೂ ವಾಕ್ಯವನ್ನು ಸಾರದೆ ಫೊಯಿನಿಕೆ ಕುಪ್ರ ಅಂತಿ ಯೋಕ್ಯಗಳ ವರೆಗೂ ಸಂಚರಿಸಿದರು.

20 But there were certain of them, Cyprians and Cyrenians, who entering into Antioch spoke to the Greeks also, announcing the glad tidings of the Lord Jesus.ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲವರು ಕುಪ್ರ ಮತ್ತು ಕುರೇನ್ಯದವರಾಗಿದ್ದರು. ಅವರು ಅಂತಿಯೋಕ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದು ಗ್ರೀಕರ ಸಂಗಡ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ಕರ್ತನಾದ ಯೇಸುವಿನ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿ ಸಾರಿದರು.

21 And [the] Lord's hand was with them, and a great number believed and turned to the Lord.ಕರ್ತನ ಹಸ್ತವು ಅವರೊಂದಿಗಿದ್ದದ ರಿಂದ ಬಹು ಜನರು ನಂಬಿ ಕರ್ತನ ಕಡೆಗೆ ತಿರುಗಿ ಕೊಂಡರು.

22 And the report concerning them reached the ears of the assembly which was in Jerusalem, and they sent out Barnabas to go through as far as Antioch:ಈ ವಿಷಯಗಳ ವರ್ತಮಾನವು ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಸಭೆಯವರ ಕಿವಿಗೆ ಬಿದ್ದಾಗ ಅವರು ಬಾರ್ನಬನನ್ನು ಅಂತಿಯೋಕ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದರು.

23 who, having arrived and seeing the grace of God, rejoiced, and exhorted all with purpose of heart to abide with the Lord;ಅವನು ಬಂದು ದೇವರ ಕೃಪೆಯನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ ಸಂತೋಷಪಟ್ಟು ದೃಢಮನಸ್ಸಿನಿಂದ ಕರ್ತನನ್ನು ಅಂಟಿ ಕೊಂಡಿರಬೇಕೆಂದು ಅವರೆಲ್ಲರನ್ನು ಪ್ರೇರೇಪಿಸಿದನು.

24 for he was a good man and full of [the] Holy Spirit and of faith; and a large crowd [of people] were added to the Lord.ಅವನು ಒಳ್ಳೆಯವನಾಗಿದ್ದು ಪವಿತ್ರಾತ್ಮನಿಂದಲೂ ನಂಬಿಕೆಯಿಂದಲೂ ತುಂಬಿದವನಾಗಿದ್ದನು; ಬಹು ಮಂದಿ ಕರ್ತನನ್ನು ಸೇರಿಕೊಂಡರು.

25 And he went away to Tarsus to seek out Saul.ತರುವಾಯ ಬಾರ್ನಬನು ಸೌಲನನ್ನು ಹುಡುಕುವದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ತಾರ್ಸಕ್ಕೆ ಹೊರಟುಹೊಗಿ

26 And having found [him], he brought him to Antioch. And so it was with them that for a whole year they were gathered together in the assembly and taught a large crowd: and the disciples were first called Christians in Antioch.ಅವನನ್ನು ಕಂಡುಕೊಂಡು ಅಂತಿ ಯೋಕ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಕರೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಬಂದನು. ಆಮೇಲೆ ಅವರು ಪೂರಾ ಒಂದು ವರುಷ ಸಭೆಯವರ ಸಂಗಡ ಕೂಡಿದ್ದು ಬಹು ಜನರಿಗೆ ಉಪದೇಶ ಮಾಡಿದರು. ಅಂತಿಯೋಕ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಶಿಷ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಕ್ರೈಸ್ತರೆಂಬ ಹೆಸರು ಮೊದಲು ಬಂತು.

27 Now in these days prophets went down from Jerusalem to Antioch;ಆ ದಿವಸಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರವಾದಿಗಳಾಗಿದ್ದವರು ಯೆರೂ ಸಲೇಮಿನಿಂದ ಅಂತಿಯೋಕ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದರು.

28 and one from among them, by name Agabus, rose up and signified by the Spirit that there was going to be a great famine over all the inhabited earth, which also came to pass under Claudius.ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ ಅಗಬನೆಂಬವನೊಬ್ಬನು ಎದ್ದು ಲೋಕಕ್ಕೆಲ್ಲಾ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಕ್ಷಾಮ ಬರುವದು ಎಂದು ಆತ್ಮನಿಂದ ಸೂಚಿಸಿದನು. ಅದು ಕ್ಲೌದ್ಯ ಕೈಸರನ ದಿವಸಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಉಂಟಾಯಿತು.

29 And they determined, according as any one of the disciples was well off, each of them to send to the brethren who dwelt in Judaea, to minister [to them];ಆಗ ಶಿಷ್ಯರಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬನು ಯೂದಾಯದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಸಹೊದರರಿಗೆ ತಮ್ಮತಮ್ಮ ಶಕ್ತ್ಯಾನುಸಾರ ದ್ರವ್ಯ ಸಹಾಯ ಕಳುಹಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ನಿಶ್ಚಯಿಸಿಕೊಂಡರು.

30 which also they did, sending it to the elders by the hand of Barnabas and Saul.ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಮಾಡಿ ಅದನ್ನು ಬಾರ್ನಬ ಸೌಲರ ಕೈಯಿಂದ ಸಭೆಯ ಹಿರಿಯರಿಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದರು.
