ಸೈನ್ಯಗಳ ಕರ್ತನು ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ--ಇನ್ನು ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನ ಬೀದಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮುದುಕರೂ ಮುದುಕಿಯರೂ ವಾಸವಾಗಿರುವರು; ಕೇವಲ ವೃದ್ಧಾಪ್ಯದಿಂದ ಒಬ್ಬೊಬ್ಬನ ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅವನವನ ಕೋಲು ಇರುವದು.
