Proverbs 28:24
ತನ್ನ ತಂದೆ ತಾಯಿಯನ್ನಾಗಲಿ ದೋಚಿಕೊಂಡು--ಇದು ದೋಷವಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುವವನು ಕೆಡುಕನಿಗೆ ಜೊತೆಗಾರನು.

Proverbs 28:7
ಕಟ್ಟಳೆಯನ್ನು ಕೈಕೊಳ್ಳು ವವನು ಜ್ಞಾನಿಯಾದ ಮಗನು; ದುಂದುಗಾರ ಸಂಗ ಡಿಗನು ತನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯನ್ನು ಅವಮಾನಪಡಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ.
Matthew 15:4
ಯಾಕಂ ದರೆ ದೇವರು ಅಪ್ಪಣೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನಂದರೆ--ನಿನ್ನ ತಂದೆತಾಯಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸನ್ಮಾನಿಸಬೇಕು. ಮತ್ತು--ಯಾವನಾದರೂ ತಂದೆಯನ್ನಾಗಲೀ ತಾಯಿಯನ್ನಾ ಗಲೀ ಶಪಿಸಿದರೆ ಅವನು ಸಾಯಲೇಬೇಕು ಎಂಬದೇ.
Proverbs 13:20
ಜ್ಞಾನವಂತರ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ನಡೆಯುವವನು ಜ್ಞಾನಿಯಾಗಿರುವನು. ಬುದ್ಧಿ ಹೀನರ ಜೊತೆಗಾರನು ನಾಶವಾಗುವನು.
