Isaiah 38:10
ನನ್ನ ದಿವಸಗಳು ಕಡಿಮೆ ಮಾಡಲ್ಪಟ್ಟದ್ದರಿಂದ ನಾನು ಪಾತಾಳದ ದ್ವಾರ ಗಳೊಳಗೆ ಹೋಗಬೇಕು ನನ್ನ ಆಯುಷ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಿಕ್ಕಾ ದದ್ದು ನನಗೆ ತಪ್ಪಿಹೋಯಿತು ಎಂದು ಅಂದು ಕೊಂಡನು.

ಆ ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಿಜ್ಕೀಯನು ರೋಗಿಯಾಗಿ ಸಾಯುವದಕ್ಕಿದ್ದನು. ಆಗ ಆಮೋಚನ ಮಗನೂ ಪ್ರವಾದಿಯೂ ಆದ ಯೆಶಾಯನು ಅವನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬಂದು ಅವನಿಗೆ--ನಿನ್ನ ಮನೆಯ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೋ; ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ನೀನು ಉಳಿಯುವ ಹಾಗಿಲ್ಲ, ಸಾಯಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂಬದಾಗಿ ಕರ್ತನು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.
